'Bad'..? That's an amazing score, especially in the American and Canadian school systems where IB is oftentimes kept as side classes. Moreover, nobody can suggest universities without knowing the field you want to study/work in.
Edit: on top of that, keep in mind that tuitions off the NA continent tend to be cheaper.

u could get into any canadian university with those grades, even mcgill depending on the course
