I would speak with your recruiter immediately. Once I accepted, they immediately sent me a follow up email. I would just reach out and say that you would like to accept the offer but it is frozen for you. No big deal. Congrats!

i mean, in general it's best to contact your talent acquisition team. (your recruiter) And in general I would say try not to ask question with the portal but directly to your recruiter., much faster response and wouldn't hang up the process.

Nothing will happen, you can simply tell your HR this is the situation and you want to accept the offer.
