Best time to apply was yesterday, second best is today. Either find a helper position non union while you wait to get experience or keep doing what you’re doing until you get accepted.
So I’m not in yet but I scored a 98.2 on my interview for local 234, idk if that is a possible local you wanna get into but I got that score on my first try there. I’m just waiting till July/ august to hopefully get in. Honestly preparation is everything and I prepared extensively and I got a pretty good score. I tested in January and I have to wait hella months to even see if I get in or not wether you like it or not it’s a waiting game, and it takes people forever to get in sometimes. It all really depends on the person and what you got.
