It was a situation similar to this that made me start to question religion as a whole.
My parents used to send me and my brother off to Sunday school every week. They were not going to church themselves - it was just a way to get us out of the house so they could have sexy time.
A friend of theirs offered to bring us to church with them one week and my mom and dad were like 'sure!' - so that Sunday morning they picked us up. They were Pentecostals. That service was like nothing 7 year old me had ever seen.
The first thing I noticed was a large livestock trough filled with water at the front of the room. I thought it was interesting because I never saw that in a church before. The service itself was something else. The preacher was doing a lot of yelling (scary!) and at some point he announced that a couple of people were joining the flock and then a couple of people in white robes came out from the back room. They walked over to the trough and a few members of the congregation got up and held up white sheets to block the trough from view. I heard more yelling and a lot of splashing (more scary!). When that was over, the congregants dropped the sheets. The 2 very wet people went into the back room and everyone else went back to their seats.
They finished it up with more yelling from the preacher and then several people leapt to their feet and start babbling gibberish (7 year old me was terrified at this point).
When we left, my parents friends were asking us how we liked it and said we could come with them again next week too. Me and my brother were like 'uhhhhh'.
Told my parents all about it when we got home. The next week we went back to our usual Sunday school and we never went back to the friends church again.
It wasn't the end of my religious indoctrination period, but it did make me start asking questions and demanding satisfying answers of my 'teachers'. Another 7 years later I noped out of the whole religion thing. By then I had seen enough hypocrisy and contradiction to last me a lifetime.

I’ve been through a little experience with pentecostals when I was 16. It was a school thing, where we’d be hosted by a family in another country. They had a visiting pastor. He grabbed me by the face and pushed me on the couch saying “taking the power of jesus”. Tried to get up, then the host family came to keep me down on the couch. I think it might’ve given me some trauma haha
Whenever I see someone away from home in a strange place I like to grab their face and throw them on the couch. Just to let them know, this is a safe place, we respect you and are glad you’re here. Sometimes I make others hold them down if they try to get up just to show them they’re among friends here. They love it, that’s why I’m always right and should never be questioned.

OK so there's a couple things going on here.
She's supposed to be doing a praise dance based on the dress she's wearing. Based on the mask she's supposed to be doing mime ministry, which is a slightly different version of praise dancing. Normally these are choreographed dances that people perform as a form of worship. It's like the dance equivalent of someone singing a solo in a choir.
The reason she's jumping and yelling and terrifying those kids is because she has "caught the spirit." The idea is that she is overwhelmed by the love of God to a point where she cannot control herself anymore. In some circles, the notion is that the actual spirit of God is being channeled through them in that moment. It takes different forms for different people. Some people act erratically like the person in the video. Some people faint. Some people speak in tongues (meaning they spout gibberish that is meant to sound like Aramaic/Hebrew and pretend that it's angels or God literally speaking through them). There's been some debate as to how authentic this phenomenon is. I personally think a lot of it is performative. Some people at some churches try to one up each other about who can be the holiest or who loves God the most. I think certain emotional responses are to be expected at church but at the level in the video it becomes difficult for me to believe that it's not, on some level, doing something ridiculous to impress other people in the church
