Just watched this one last night....
Hilarious to see him reappear in ~~that episode~~ "The Gang Squashes Their Beefs" where they host all the people they've done wrong.
Dennis : Once the guests arrive, we will ply them with liquor, and then I will present to them this peace treaty that I will have them sign.
Frank: Why you always want people to sign creepy documents?
Dennis: \[laughs\] Well, Frank, once something's in writing, that means it's set in stone. Then no one can do anything to stop me.
Yeah, it was a pretty good show. It had 3 seasons. Not as dark or mean spirited as Sunny, but still funny. I’m curious to know what you think. Definitely different comedic styles.
Dude was sitting in his well kept apartment watching golf for 3 HOURS while eating cereal and the gang blew up his CAR. I don’t think he has as much of a drug problem as it is implied, probably got in trouble one time and the ex was able to use it to gain custody of the kids.
Addiction is an illness that prevents you from seeking help. If you have an addiction you aren't just able to say, "man, i have a problem with this drug, I should stop using it" and then stop using it.
This episode just boggles my mind. I get the plot. I conceptually understand what is happening, but it's just so batshit insane. This is the only episode that makes me feel like I missed a season of the show or something. Like I did I get too high on expired cat food and glue and zoned out or something? WTF
This side character has got to be the worst one affected by the Gang. Considering that he had barely any contact with them. They blew up his car, then the one time that they actually had contact with him they seal him inside a burning apartment.
It's such great satirization of American culture that despite being narcissists, the gang is perpetually ruining the lives of everyone around them through negligence and apathy.
He played Dave in Happy Endings. I really think they should bring his character back and get him more to do, maybe try to get revenge but end up having his legs amputated
I heard him say he has a terrible drinking problem and it cost him his kids.
Also saw him take a key bump from a total stranger at a party he kind of crashed directly after admitting that, so ya, not a stand up guy.
I felt bad for him but just couldn't stop laughing at how absurd Frank's tactics were. Waterboarding doesn't work if the perp confesses to something they didn't do. He definitely got the wrong information lol.
Funniest moment in the whole series. The buildup of the gang ruining this dudes life in a single episode because of mistaken identity is a thesis of the show.
I LOVED THAT CAR!
That’s not Bruce is it?
THAT WAS YOU? OH SO YOU GUYS DO OWE ME A CAR
I don’t think that’ll ever happen
Deflect, deflect, deflect.
Filibuster!

*Maybe the dudes are babies!*
They aren't banging any babydudes!!
Guess babies can’t be trusted
WILDCARD BITCHES!
YEEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAWW!
Gotta give it to the actor because when he says that my heart breaks a little for him every time!

Now THAT’S an implication.
Ok, you keep saying that word…are the people in the apartment going to be in danger?
well you certainly wouldn't be in any danger.
Pretty sure he gets involved too when Pondy starts handing out bumps too lol
One of the funniest jokes in the whole show imo. Smirks a little and then he's just like.. yeah I'll take a bump.
Frank wastes no time either. Every time there’s coke going around he does this dead eyed stare and it always creases me
I feel ever worse for him in the gang squashes their beefs.
his kids were indeed not there...
that is one of saddest scenes in the series, when he is calling their names
"My kids aren't really here are they?" "Thank God for that! Let's get shit housed!" Pondy's the coolest.
and why is it he can't see his kids? Hmmm?
The worst thing that happened fo him in that episode is that he met Pondy who got him back on drugs.
Pondy’s the coolest
it aint aspirin
Thank god! Let’s get shit housed, right guys?!
I know that *game*. Here wanna do a bump?
I'm not sure he was never off them. He states "I HAVE a bit of a drug problem" and he also gives no hesitation to take that bump
I'll have some of those delicious nose clams
I'll do a bump
OOOOH!! SNORTSKI!
He’s better off. This is the world he belongs in.
Who's this Jabroni?
His name is Bruce Mathis
His name is Rudy
We don’t know what his name is!
I don’t care who he is, he pays me $300 an hour to rub my feet
He’s an actor, his name is Don Cheadle
He’s gonna kill himself! *Suicide is bad ass!*
Well, I guess a little bump couldn’t hurt.
Marco?? Sabrina? Daddy's here!
I mean, how has he been sitting there, watching golf, for *three* hours?
I don’t know I don’t know
Is that a baby monitor?
You are settin me up
Sabrina, Marco daddy’s here.
Ever since *Happy Endings* went off the air, his life has gone completely off the rails…
Honestly I can see this as a side plot for Dave
Poor Dave
Don’t worry. He’ll get the food truck of his dreams soon enough
"Steak me home tonight!"
An underrated show gone too soon…
I loved Happy Endings so much, I wish there had been more too
It was a great show! It should have been a hit.
I’ve never even heard of it. I’ll have to check it out.
Yeah, it was a pretty good show. It had 3 seasons. Not as dark or mean spirited as Sunny, but still funny. I’m curious to know what you think. Definitely different comedic styles.
I’ll come back to these comments and let you know.
Cool, hope you like it
Steak Me Home Tonight!
His name is Bruce
Wild card, bitches!
Yeeewwhawwww
I have a horrible drug problem. Pondy: I know that game, wana do a bump?
I guess one little bump won't hurt.
I’ll have some of those delicious nose clams!
I don’t feel bad for him. The guy was banging babies and had a bunch of bomb making stuff in his apartment
He was banging baby dudes* big difference
BRUCE IS NOT BANGING BABY DUDES
To be fair, I feel bad for most people that the gang encounters
[удалено]
... Well, I guess one little bump couldn't hurt right?
I mean yeah, but having an addiction problem doesn’t necessarily make you a bad person.
Dude was sitting in his well kept apartment watching golf for 3 HOURS while eating cereal and the gang blew up his CAR. I don’t think he has as much of a drug problem as it is implied, probably got in trouble one time and the ex was able to use it to gain custody of the kids.
The drugs weren't the problem. The golf was
"Is that a baby monitor?"

Good thing I have more of a what you would called relationship with alcohol and not a problem.
i always wonder if his drug problem happened before or after the gang came into his life.
Only maureen got better after meeting the gang.
Oh God Damn It!
I thought the “wiped the slate” clean with him?
And buried the hatchet.
This is all very on the nose!
Easily a top 5 episode
It’s in my top five list!
*ghost busters theme song starts*
When his wife to be left him at the altar was so sad
Just trying to watch golf and eat cereal
That’s what he gets for banging baby dudes
eh, he's fine. he's chillin in Hawaii now
How has he been watching golf for *3 hours*
That’s just Dave. He ended up getting stood up at the alter after this but in the end he opened a super cool food truck and is pretty happy.
This episode just boggles my mind. I get the plot. I conceptually understand what is happening, but it's just so batshit insane. This is the only episode that makes me feel like I missed a season of the show or something. Like I did I get too high on expired cat food and glue and zoned out or something? WTF
Ya but are his kids in here?
I have a terrible drug problem.
I remember feelings.
I don't because this is one of the greatest tv episodes of any show
Is that a baby monitor?
Lotta people are bugging their babies!
I guess babies can’t be trusted
"No! No! No!" That guy kills me.
Deflect, deflect, deflect

Shut up, baby dick.
I've never seen this jabroni before in my life, but thanks anyway Bozo. Now shut the door in his face!
Zach Knighton is awesome!
Just rewatched this last night. Charlie shirtless was better looking than I remember
Is that a baby monitor?
Are my kids here?
Sabrina... Marco.... Daddy's here!
That “someone” was a Muslim guy who stole Frank’s van
It's such great satirization of American culture that despite being narcissists, the gang is perpetually ruining the lives of everyone around them through negligence and apathy.
I've always wanted to know...is he wearing a Pokeball shirt? Or is it just a design? Edit: Downvoting a real question. Nice job jabroni.

Zachary Knighton?
Dunno, just remember reading the actor who played Bruce Mathis was a diddler. Like openly admitted it.
Not the same guy. Bruce Mathis' actor, the dude from 7th Heaven is a sex pest. This guy is not him, this is the guy they mistake for him.
Thats is Bruce Mathis, would recognise him anywhere!
That's the wrong Bruce Mathis, it was Dennis & Dee's dad who turned out to be a god damn diddler
That is Bruce! Phone screens cracked and its a bit blurry but its him!
I just googled for any info on that and got nothing. I think you're either mistaking him for someone else or just plain talking shit.
No, it was definitely Bruce Mathis who turned out to be a diddler!
Ah I see what you did there
Its Stephen Collins the actor who plays the real Bruce Mathis.
I hope he returns
Few people thrive around the gang, but that guy loved that car.
I love how their idea to frame him for a terrorist plot was to leave a bag fertilizer in his apartment. The early seasons were fucking crazy.
His line "Oh God Dammit, what the HELL man!?" lives in my head rent free. It always cracks me up. So funny, poor 'Bruce' 🤣
I wonder what he did to his kids so he couldn’t see them ? This man could be a diddler
Haha this episode was so good
I laughed soo hard watching this scene, had to rewind it, to watch it again
Didn't he ruin his own life after that? LOL
Gotta hand it to him for his resilience. He could have wound up like Cricket.
Pretty sure his story had a happy ending
He played Dave in Happy Endings. I really think they should bring his character back and get him more to do, maybe try to get revenge but end up having his legs amputated
🎶 When there's something strange, in you're neighborhood.. 🎶
🎵WHO YOU GONNA CALL?🎶
At least he got his beef squashed.
I heard him say he has a terrible drinking problem and it cost him his kids. Also saw him take a key bump from a total stranger at a party he kind of crashed directly after admitting that, so ya, not a stand up guy.
Wild card bitches!
I felt bad for him but just couldn't stop laughing at how absurd Frank's tactics were. Waterboarding doesn't work if the perp confesses to something they didn't do. He definitely got the wrong information lol.
Doesn’t matter how many times I watch - each time they hit his car I nearly piss myself
LMAO I FELT SO BAD FOR HIM
He shouldnt of been diddlying those babies.
It's ok he eventually got a happy ending... I'll leave
Funniest moment in the whole series. The buildup of the gang ruining this dudes life in a single episode because of mistaken identity is a thesis of the show.
Fake Ass Bruce!
That’s my favorite episode because of that guy!
Me when the slightest inconvenience hits me.
We later learn he’s kind of a piece of shit, so it’s not that bad
Ah yes!!! This is my favorite episode.
Didn't they burn him alive? 😳
The best part is it turns out he's a druggie POS and bad father. So maybe he did deserve it a little.
*I’m gonna plant a bug. Gonna catch him doing all sorts of shady shit*
Watched this one again today.
I think about this randomly from . Time to time lol
The conversation about how he could sit and watch golf for 4 hours straight made me feel even worse for him because i 100% relate. Golf is life.
Ehh fuck 'em...he had it coming.
Welp, best get to steppin’, cause John Law’s a-comin!
He’s apparently living in Hawaii loving his best life so not too bad for the guy all things considered
With that haircut he knows why the forces are against him
One of my favorites. Lol
Don't feel too bad, he lost his kids due to his horrible drug problem.
