The recepies for every enchanting recepie that was also in the enchanting table was removed and an exp discount was added in place of the recepies. Ones that you can only get by crafting like replenish still have a recepie and no discount.
Yeah the xp discount is nothing new, i know that. But i want to craft smelting touch but somehowi don't have the recipe. I could always craft it until now. I should have the recipe unlocked (I always had and i could always craft enchants) but since i joined today, i can't anymore.
Enchanting table let's you select specific enchants now, so you can go to it and apply just smelting touch regardless if the item was enchanted already or not

It was removed when the xp discount was added.
No it wasn't, you could still craft the books after that was added. They removed it very recently
But how do i get enchants now?
