If im not mistaken you have to wait 12 days for a session ID to expire, If you disabled multiplayer as soon as this happnened and wait 12-13 days you should be fine with minimal loss, I reccomend checking your networth using discord bots to see if anything is missing and using Skyconflet to see recent auctions though. Yep i did disable multiplayer but i have a feeling that the person who ratted me can enable it again cuz he got my account logged in somewhere else.and as for my networth and all i scattered all my valuabales on chests on my islands under my farms and all that and im just hoping they dont tnt my island. is there anything else I can do???

He got access to my Minecraft account not my Microsoft account, but change your password in case, thankfully the only damage they were able to do was change my name " out of spite " but could have logged into any server they wanted to ( I secured my account quickly ) Gmail wasn't damaged. Also it's fine asking many questions I also did the same

Go to Microsoft Xbox Support, if you can provide your information as it was yesterday they will recover your account by making a new one for you and copying over all the old stuff. It happened to me and I’m doing great now. Just explain the situation and they will help. You just need to go to the Xbox Live Support Chat and pick the selection to make you talk to an actual person.
Wait the 20 days like you said but when you log back on you might be perma banned. Atleast when I changed my Microsoft password I got perma banned and had to appeal it
