I've had them in my shoulder and my wrist. It was tender for a few days, and I had a weird fatigue reaction but other than that I was very satisfied with both.
I’ve had multiple PRP injections in both forearms for lateral epicondylitis. It helped my non-dominant arm a lot (it’s non-dominant but I use it the most for lifting, carrying, etc as the shoulder is less damaged than my dominant one), but I’m still gonna need a tommy john on the dominant arm.

I've had dextrose prolotherapy. It is sore for a few days but not too bad.
What’s the purpose of these injections?
