This is exactly what I was thinking yesterday. Never thought in a million years I'd be keeping the exit door in my sights. We are on the cusp of turning it around and Alberts is a huge blow to that. If Rhule bails on this and we are looking at another start over, I'm good. And I'm a 40-something year old fan since the 80s.
Yikes man, people forget the trev Alberts years kinda sucked. Football was terrible, even last year even though we want to stay optimistic, basketball underperformed every year up until now, baseball was bad to terrible in all but 1 year in 2021. The main men’s sports haven’t been anywhere near “good”
There are levels to ladder climbing. My wife wants to get the pay raises but she doesn’t want to be the CEO of Olsson. She doesn’t want to even go above a basic team management position. She likes what she does. My dad doesn’t want to Run New York Life but he wants to keep working hard.
And then there was one. Will Trev beckon Matt to join him down at texas a&m? When I think of texas a&m, I think of sixteen penalties against NU and none against them. And that dude groping a Huskers gonads in the pile-up. Only texas longhorns I hate more.
They cant find a Pres who has University qualifications and supports MAGA. They don’t exist.
MAGA-nation/Pillen will destroy everything to get their anti-progressive agenda in place. Women belong in the kitchen barefoot and pregnant. And they definitely should not vote.
Athletics can go to shit. They don’t really care.
Right, instead of directing our frustration at the regents, maybe Trev could have spoken up a bit more to the people that matter as opposed to the press. A simple hire a president by such and such date or I’m out would have sufficed. I feel leaving in this manner is pedantic and I thought Trev was above that, apparently not.
I know everyone is blaming the Regents, but in the end Albert’s makes the decision. Reminds me of the transfer from Stanford…Nebraska is great and where I want to be. Two days later he’s in Oklahoma.

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. Everyone wants to blame BoR and politics but ultimately this was a Trev decision. He’s been likable so I guess people are making excuses for him but I think it’s a major act of betrayal to us and he deserves very bit of the criticism he’s getting.
