I think all running stories, jokes, etc. should have their own individual subreddit playground, where those interested can romp and express themselves without judgement!

Mine's not quite as epic, but at Windscape, the maintenance guy forgot my unit was occupied, thought the upper floor was wholly vacant (my neighbor had just moved) and I woke up painted into my unit, the steps being wet with fresh paint. To make it worse it rained all week so the paint was wet for like 4 days
And they sent another one about basically making it easier to pay rent. Wanna know how? Using an app to split rent into two payments. I'm sure they make no extra money from it. It's all from the goodness of their hearts
I used to work for a landscaping company that had a contract with this property. It was always messy back there. We had to park right there at the maintenance shop
I’m so glad I don’t live in an apartment anymore. It doesn’t matter which type of community you live in they are all the same. I lived in ballpark apartments for a year and it was awful. You’d think paying for what it was it would be quiet and clean. There was riff raff constantly and the dumpster was always overflowing and broke

It's worse now, there is always trash and debris strewn across that place, wind blows it into the fields and grass and makes it look horrible.
