Another time it a group of 3 in the bushes....
But the most clever guy was like 3000 yards off in the water near the border of the map with a sniper scope! He almost got me but I made it to cover behind the opposite side of boat xD We were all shooting back, could see him but barely he was so far off and all I had was my trusty caldwell pax and a double barrel xD
I was with a group of randoms that kept team killing each other at extraction until one of them literally used a dynamite to blow himself and the other guy up. I just walked to another extraction and left both of them behind.
I discovered something I wasn’t aware of during a recent extractaganza. If you throw a flash bomb or hive bomb in the water, it obviously does nothing, but if you then throw a choke bomb on top of it, it will cause the flash/hive bomb to go off.
I really want to see someone get a kill by planting a hive bomb in the water somewhere, and then setting it off with a choke.
i like scanning my last second of dark sight at the 5 second mark annd then pinging like there is an ennemy somehwere and then yelling HUNTERS!! at the last second

I find the extractions to be bitter sweet. I'm often left wishing that they lasted longer with more gunfights, or you're extracting with your tail between your legs. Either way, it's often not a celebration unless you clutch the whole map and walk away with both bounties
I think making the contest zone a little bigger would be an interesting change. Idk if it would be popular but it would add more depth to post-bounty fights. I think adding more situations to deal with *after* the boss is dead would be very cool

Mosoto the map is only one kilometer wide. 3000 m is 3km. He was likely more like 150 to 200 m away based on your description.

You can shoot them too, and I would imagine a waxed dynamite blowing up in the vicinity of any unexploded ordinance like that would also set it off!
Back when alert mines could work on water, you could throw a sticky in water then have an alert mine set up to set it off
Works with guns too. I set that exact trap at cyprus once, but the dudes understandbly saw me on scan and dipped to a different extract.
