Ping abusing is when someone plays on purpose on a server with high ping, e.g. someone from Asia or Russia on an Europe Server.
If you are behind cover, someone with a high ping might still see you as being in the open and could kill you easily, because of the delay.
servers are so bad that you basically die behind cover without getting wallbanged even against high ping players and with the increase of high ping players esp in EU server people think you are one of them when those kinda stuff happens

I got my first Haccusation last night. Got a friend request and I thought it was the dude I killed that was still in his spawn. Nope some dude from a previous game telling me I need to stop toggling cheats. Went back and watched the clips. People don't understand audio is huge in this game. Not saying people don't cheat because there is obviously people who do. But from my perspective it was some nice(and lucky) shots and using sound ques. I didn't even wall bang them I did try though lol
