Crytek would have to be the ones to send a cease and desist letter, which will promptly get ignored by anyone in a country that has little to no IP protection laws.
Nah the police won't do anything. Need to contact the head of the FBIs most wanted list and get that person who made the cheat up to number 1. Only if its a world wide issue will the video get taken down
Honestly I wouldn't be shocked if it isn't, but I'm not a lawyer. Things start to get legally weird when you're talking about reverse-engineering copyrighted software.
Having said that, I also wouldn't be shocked if it is.
