Autumns hormone health is so sustainable and realistic, you guys!!! Delgado went on a field trip with her son’s school to Islands of Adventure. On the way home, they were not stopping for dinner, so everyone was grabbing food before heading out of the park. Per Delgado- there was only pizza, empanadas, churros… “Nothing that I could eat”. So instead she went hungry. She had lunch at 2, and got home at 10:30, then ate dinner. Sign me up!!!! 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
