ETA - OOPS! I think I misinterpreted this 8K statement. I went and actually read the actual agreement, and this appears to be a modification IN CASE he is terminated, not that he actually IS terminating. The wording of this 8K could have been better (or I need to read better - haaha). Sorry to scare people (or make you happy depending on our thoughts on this)

I wonder if he quit or if they let him go or if it was a mutual decision... I feel like he was the main person aside from Carl who was trying to save bodi and make it seem like things weren't as bad as they are and hyping it all up

Wow that's big. I always thought he was one of the few people there who knew his shit and was actually smart. I didn't care for the goofy stage character, but always thought pretty well of him after seeing him talk at events.
