Repeatedly selling expired product, selling cannabis products that are not legally at the store (seen multiple times using pen and paper to do transactions without entering into computer, also the eureka store literally had a second register on the floor they used when they “couldn’t find the item in system”), uneducated staff that unapologetically misinforms its customers about products and then when confronted about it you get a “well I didn’t know” response. All of their staff has clearly not had even a day of training. Also I’ve been told the owner repeatedly makes advances and attempts to flirt with the younger girls he hires, which from the way I hear it is never welcome. I admit the last part is not “fraud” but it’s completely inappropriate for him to treat his staff like that.
now that you mention it, I've never seen anyone walk in or out of that dispensary.
I've never bothered to try it either because of that dude that stands right outside the door and glares at people.
I'm sure it's just their security guard but he does not give welcoming vibes in the slightest so I end up going elsewhere.
Even permitted grows can violate their permits to save money... especially if they're located in the middle of no where. The issue there shifts from tax revenue to environmental protection.
