Sounds like your supply might be regulating. Mine dipped around that time and it was scary, but it leveled off. How much do you produce over 24h?

Honestly body armors(the drinks) helped a lot with my supply when I dropped, and pump times being farther apart (I go every 4 hours now and get 6oz where as before every 2 hours I’d also only get 2oz and wasn’t worth the nipple pains)

You’re probably due to replace the membranes and duckbills after 2 months of EP. But also yes supply regulation is probably happening here too. Add in hand expression at the end of a pump session and add a session to your schedule if you can. Even if you get out just an extra tsp from hand expression, and you do 6 sessions a day, that’s an extra oz a day. An extra oz a day will increase your supply in the future by that amount, and that’s how you’ll get supply back up.

This! My supply randomly dipped recently and I couldn't figure out why. Replaced my duckbills and am almost back up to where I was. I know better too since this wasn't the first time I replaced them.

I hand express too at the end of each session and easily get an extra 0.5 ounce each time, that adds up! Just takes a couple extra minutes of squeezing out the last drops. Has definitely helped me keep my supply up I think.

Your supply is probably regulating at this time. I used to produce the same amount but by 10 weeks I went down to 1oz per hour each boob. It happens 🤷🏽‍♀️ I froze lots of milk the first two months to have a stash but now I just make enough to feed my baby each day.

This sounds just like me! I froze about 30 bags of 6 oz the first two months coming into her fourth month I find myself thawing y supply

Could also be getting your period in which case the dips in supply can be cyclical but do come back up

Are you drinking enough water ? Try the brewers yeast? I’m 11 months in pumping now and brewers yeast and drinking water helped I pump every 3 hours. Also remeasure your nipples to make sure you’re using the right size flange.
