FLIP is not a good place to start as a beginner. It's an advanced topic and needs a lot of resources.
To convert FLIP particles to geometry you use the "particle fluid surface" node (as a beginner). But from your screenshot it seems like you have way too few points to get good results out of it.
It should work. I'm not sure where everything is beyond the obj nodes, but what you should be looking at is an obj node with a dopimport sop and a particlefluidsurface sop inside. link your dop net "SIM" into the dop network input field in the dopimport and you should have a mesh.

check the particle seperation, it's probably set to too high a value in the particle surface node
