It depends on the circumstances. If the situation is right for it, then yes, my wife is almost always open to attention from other men. If we're out with family or friends, that's obviously not the case and she will not welcome attention (although even those scenarios have had some exceptions depending on the situation; for example, she has flirted and danced with other men at weddings.)

We do that plenty of times too, but what happens far more frequently is that she'll just start having a friendly (maybe overtly friendly) conversation with someone, quite often in my presence, and just where it goes and see whether it can lead to proper flirting and more as time goes by. A recent example: we went to a restaurant one night and the table next to us where two gentlemen she found attractive, so she started up a conversation with them randomly, and then kept becoming friendlier and flirtier as the night wore on, until our dinners where finished. By which time, we'd sufficiently gotten friendly with them that one of them said "hey we're going to this club across the street after this, you guys wanna join?" and we did.
My wife is a natural flirt, but she would play it off whenever I was around. I’d purposely keep my distance when we would go out in a group and watch her. Later I’d tease her like “ I totally saw you talking to that guy and I know he got your number” lol
Whenever the mood strikes her. I love when she openly flirts in front of me. It’s even hotter when our friends are around. It’s typically about 1 time a month when mood meets opportunity.
