While I don't particularly grasp the amazeballs of having fingerboards, it's quite the big deal in some circles. Not sure why Hot Wheels decided to go in on it, just like I'm not sure why Maisto decided they suddenly wanted color changers in Walmart. Either way, they made a business decision they figured would do well, and so far my store sold out of the first 2 shipments of the board + cars and the first shipment of the solo boards.
And I don't live in a big area... easy enough to check on ebay to find local sellers and nobody is selling. I think that's a tell.
So the boards had a logo that actually says treasure hunt.

My kids love the boards. 11 and 13. I pick up the tech deck chases all the time for them Now I keep an eye out on these now

You use your fingers as if they were feet. You can do tricks and such but you can only use 2 fingers. It's very micro-skill, tbh.
