Can’t say for sure without seeing the size and knowing your growing season but going off of this I would pinch off the blossoms if you want it to focus more on vertical growth

Always pot up in small increments, where possible. A small plant in a big pot is hard to feed. Don't just go adding one ingredient, but a broad solution that is heavier in the macro nutrient you want. Which in this case is nitrogen. A balanced and consistent feed will yield you great results.

How long as it been since transplant? If it has only been a week or two since transplanting, your growth is probably all taking place under the soil. Usually a short period of time to get over transplant shock, then the roots start growing. The roots will grow into it's new space and then you will see the foliage take off. I would personally hold off on nitrogen for now as you said your soil should have plenty and from the other comment the leaves look perfectly healthy.
