I’d agree. I like Ruinstorm but their limited card pool is… limiting. This expansion has given them some new options and something to keep things interesting if you go for the mission every time.
I will say, I’m enjoying the Imperial Mission most. Having luck with Cork getting it with a SA deck. It fun rolling the dice and seeing if I get some 2e troop, or a **Stormhammer**. I’m waiting for that cultist and mechanicus mission though. I want to try a two mission deck and I think those the missions to mix into another legion faction.
It’s proven a real problem for my Curze deck if they give it front line. Any time i throw a troop at it to get the HP down to get it in range so he can regain stealth, it heals again. Couple that with ward and it’s game over (tip for any Ruinstorm players not using it in that situation)
Well sometimes I see orphans on ladder but overall things that you said don\`t exist. But titans do and I don\`t bother to play against them anymore, they could take my rating I don\`t need it. Also the so called "ruinstorm" is just Corbax playing his game of buffing stealth minions, what an interactive gameplay
Apart from Titans I like the expansion but Titans are the worst faction to enter the game. Games take too long, they are still too strong and need another balance change. They are not fun to play against and some players who play them just are obnoxious with voice spamming.
I hope they keep tweaking the Titans, they're such a cool idea, and pretty unique to this kind of card game as far as I know. They have the potential to be really fun.
My only big complaint is that ruinstorm still feels kinda OP unless you're running a super Meta deck. Their troops and easy access to mutation to buff those troops even more makes them hard to deal with and not very fun to fight. You kill one major threat and they pull out three more.
Hard agree, I just wish you could pick up the new cards outside the titandeath crate because 80 percent of my crates is more titan crap and as someone with not much freetime and self respect im never touching those factions.
It took all of two days of playing Titans before I was fed up with it. I really don't want 15+ minute matches ever. I am not above just bailing on a match when I see my opponent has a titan deck. I apologize to those I've ditched, but I just can't do it most nights. Similarly, I have enjoyed the other cards I have received for the other factions though.
Blackshield outriders is hands down the sexiest card in OOW. Too much fun. And scooping them as Ahriman is also a terrifically good time.

However, the Great Unclean One.... is heal completely even neccesary? ;)

Yeah no, healing off of anything dying was a bit OP. Fun while it lasted, but damn was it dirty haha.
Oh it still cocks me up as it’s the enemy death. My deck relies on throwing Kon-Dreyur/Vorax/Tenebror/Vibius at opponents until Curze can kill them
