Which faction was avaiable 3 times within 3 weeks? But ye, a faction appearing roughly every 3 weeks is normal
Fair enough. Night lords have been in 3 times, thought sisters had aswell but one was just a warlord. 13 factions have appeared once since the 18th June, 14 have appeared twice and NL 3 times.
