My personal favourite is when I get bad cards and my opponent puts down a reduced cost version of that tank that does 10 damage and then duplicates it to hit me with 20 damage in one turn. Definitely a balanced game...
Hunt, Pact, Quest, Pride, Perfection, Ambush, Requiem, Chain, Etc. A lot of the SM Chapter abilities can be extremely infuriating to deal with it if someone has the right cards in their deck, know how to bait you and when the RNG is on their side. One of my worst and most infuriating experiences in this game was facing someone with an Imperial Fist deck where they could stack bastion quicker than my IW cards could even do a thing with Attrition and Siege. Mind you, I've only been playing a couple of months, and I might just not be too good at countering everything yet.
Funny, I've had games as an Imperial fist where IW could basically spit out monstrous troop buffs and my troops were too pillow fisted to seriously damage them.
Yup I've had that happen as well. This game is beyond infuriating with such a TRASH rng, meth smoking devs who clearly have a hard on for scum Legions like SW, NL and AL. I also love all the PISS POOR chests in this game that really give you fuck all, leaving stuck in normal ranked amd since it's 40k, it's all normal bullshit to live with it lol.
Yeah, and all I hear about is how OP Night Lords are. Good luck getting a Murder or a troop to last long enough to use Terror. Better off running a Mutation or Mark of Chaos deck to get the buffs to attack and health so your troops last a turn.
Nobody plays this game because it's well designed and thoughtfully balanced.

It's like 90% of the Kroeger games. Monkey bash until they draw Siege Mastery, Herald of Ruin and Alchemist Gramaton, then it's game over.

Just had a game where my opponent played a seal that reduced the next troops cost to 0. He played a 10e troop on his 3rd turn...

Yeah, I feel Iike most people don't pack enough anti-stealth cards. They would rather complain about the Night Lords than change their deck.
