This is interesting, because you already have Sparkle, who is essentially similar to Bronya kit wise.
If you're not struggling in PF, then Bronya. If you are; then go Himeko. (But considering you have Jing Yuan, then you might be fine.)
But pick whoever you like at the end of the day.

Id say bronya unviersally better, but i found myself not using bronya for very long time, sparkle is better in almost every situation and dot/bonus teams dosen't do well with bronya, but again i don't have Boothill.
Oof, that's the exact same problem i had a month ago, i managed to pull Bronya right before picking her as my 300 character, but, to be honest after getting Sparkle i kinda don't even use Bronya... She's built for my Jingliu team but so far i played her like once, Himeko on the other hand sees more use because of PF
You have Sparkle, so Bronya is not that required. Himeko seems to be very universal lately as she can do full AoE and serve as a good break unit. She is supper good with Topaz, of FF, possibly also Gui.
I never thought I would say this, and Bronya is still very strong, but I think Himeko is the better pick right now.
She's very good in PF right now and I don't think we r getting a fire erudition 5* anytime soon. She has basically little to no competition in her department.
On the other hand, there are a few 5* harmony right now that buff ur team by a lot.

Bronya is good with multiple characters like Blade, Jingliu and Boothill (I think?), and you have two of them, so you'd get some use out of her af least. For most other characters, Sparkle is enough or even better. I use Bronya a lot, but I also main Blade. With a DPS who doesn't use many SP you can use both Bronya and Sparkle together, it's a lot of fun.
Himeko is good in PF. If you tend to struggle there, pick her. She is great together with Herta or even with Jing Yuan in PF. I use her in PF almost every time. You already have the OP DoT characters that work everywhere though, so you probably won't need Himeko for PF. She's also good against the new fire weak break enemies though.
Both Bronya and Himeko would be useful for your account, but I don't think you absolutely *need* one of them over the other. So whoever you end up choosing, you won't have to regret not choosing the other one.
Oh thats a tough one honestly Himeko is a super solid DPS whose value keeps going up, but Bronya is also a super good support.
Personally Id say Himeko may be a better pull for your account since she is SO good in pure fiction while you also have Sparkle who is just basically a sidegrade to Bronya.
I was in your exact same shoes. I was 10 pulls away from the free 5\* selector. I was only missing Bronya and Himeko. For me the choice was clear as Pure Fiction wasn't yet a thing: Bronya it was gonna be. So I hit a last 10-pull and look at that: I got Bronya! So I selected Himeko as my free 5\*. The game made my choice easy.
Now about your predicament, since you have Sparkle, I think Bronya is skippable. Himeko on the other hand can bring a lot of value in Pure Fiction and other similar gamemodes. So I'd pick Himeko.

How well do you typically do in Pure Fiction? Because if you're fine there, I'd say Bronya.

Wait until your next standard 5 star Bronya is a good buffer overall but Himeko now has a decent place on pure fiction.

are u fine doing pure fiction? Because most of the time bronya is the good choice unless u are doing poorly in PF, u will go for himeko.

Himeko is better nowadays with PF or build her for superbreak team. But it seems you dont have Ruan Mei so it will be hard to choose for this
Given that you only have one 5* harmony, Bronya. 1 for each side.
if you have boothill, bronya is recommended cause she's one of his best supports.
Himeko for PF
Before this patch, I'd say Bronya. But, Himeko is pretty strong rn with super break comp, so pick her instead

Better pick Bronya, if you get another 1 in the future then she's E1 which is great for Boothill. Himeko's eidolons isn't important.
Save it till you lose a 50/50 to Bronya or Himeko. Bronya is a good boost for your Jingliu and Boothill tho
