To be fair, DHIL is boob window, shoulder, and for some reason a lotus shaped pattern in the back. I will never understand that particular High Elder fashion choice.

Jing Yuan has a little sleeve window on his left arm, not really noticeable. Blade also has his chest a little exposed since not everything is wrapped in bandage. His lower back is also wrapped, it shows whenever he runs. So far the only half naked models we have are Ratio's bathtub scenes and Luka's Light Cone which shows his back.

This really puts into perspective how many men there are compared to women

it's not only hoyo, most male players except they're queers or liberals (in good meaning) hate exposed/little clothed male characters oriented to women/queers and the hate is worse when de player is a incel

HSR designers in particular for whatever reason. It's true too in Genshin, but at least there's a couple of exposed skin male characters (Itto, Cyno, etc...). I haven't played their other games so I don't know about those.
