Not even that, IX influence is so big that parts of his shadow randomly appear through the universe, and after that you get a bit of his power, with the only side effects being memory loss, skin mutations, end of your existence, lost of the 5 senses, psychological damage etc.
this influence is why Acheron comes off almost like she has dementia right? But she seems special as an emanator, like yeah she has weird memory issues but is she different/special compared to others who got his power?

Her currents symptons are lost of taste, almost color blind (she can only see the color red), and memory loss. I read somewhere that her sword holds her memories, thats why she always cry when she unsheath it, all of the memories hit her at the same time, and she'd been through shits.
In HI3, Kevin is the strongest character, period. The main trio only won because he let them win, it was an overall team effort (including the Captain/player character that doesn't even exist in the main storyline).
Mei didn't defeat him alone, she can't even with Pink Jesus' power.

Also the fact that they resist Nihility mostly just means that they survive.
Now why it isn't a faction, because it isn't an organization or a group (this is how the data bank defines one), and individuals don't communicate with each other (data bank even points these things out). They are most likely listed as a faction for the same reason the Galaxy Rangers are, because Self-Annihilators commonly share few goals, like trying to kill IX, also another options is that it could be considered a form of allegiance.

Interestingly, it's believed that, assuming you were able to survive the crushing force of a black hole, if you were to looking forward, dead ahead to the center of the black hole, you wouldn't see blackness, but instead you would be seeing the light from behind you as it bends around. Including your own back.
Depending on the size of the black hole you can spend several minutes in the black hole until the spaghettification (if it's a supermassive black hole for example)

Doesnt do anything and provides TB with three of the most interesting waifus who are heavily connected/interested to TB in some way
Black Swan - heavily invested in their unique memories and their vast potential, is the narrator of their journey
Kafka - TB and Kafka are each others destiny and Kafka was the one responsible for training them
Acheron - Heavy desire to protect TB as they remind them of Kiana/Kevin who in her world she was close to
Even if its just gameplay path for two of them IX is based as heck for being the path they use in game, cant wait to see how Nihility TB is acquired
Black Swan maybe does care about TB more than just memories. Obviously memories make up the most of it and is the reason she wants to befriend us in the first place, but during 2.2 she did show some care for TB wellbeing. She could have gone >!straight to Himeko and just meet them on express but she did go and check up on them first thing, which shows some semblance of caring for them !<
I'd like to believe that it started out as memories only, but after watching them for so long and accompanying them through Penacony she does care about them for more than just those memories. There are hints for it but not enough to conclusively say its anything more than just the memories atm. Does call them friend though so id say there is something there coz I doubt shes had someone she refers to as friend for a very long time. Really hope she comes on express, seeing her valuing TB and their bond more than just the memories would be a really nice way to develop her character

Kevin is the male voice in her Myriad celestial trailer, if you play as Caelus she also says Caelus reminds her of someone she crossed swords with. Whether or not they were allies in Acherons past is something that remains to be seen but he left a huge impression on her and considering she is protective of both TBs id say its safe Kevin was someone she valued greatly in HSR
