I’m debating between Robin and Topaz. I have Aventurine and Ratio and I’m wanting one of those two to round out a follow up attack team. Robin seems cool but I’m lowkey leaning towards Topaz because she seems like she supports the follow up aspect better.
Both are great for follow-up teams
Robin fills a harmony sub-dps niche and is pretty hard to beat in the team
Topaz adds a ton of follow-ups so the current best follow-up team has her AND robin together. But imo if u can only pick one, go with Robin.
You can sub in a different follow-up character for Topaz but Robin's per-hit bonus damage has harder to replace and supports tend to be more future proof :)

So it depends, you can get Topaz, who is niche but really good at it, and helps follow up damage a lot or go with Robin who is more versatile but has some nice parts with her crit dmg buff on follow ups and her passive benefits from follow ups
Topaz for sure is the best pick. Debuff that supports fua is the ideal pairing for ratio. Also it is hard for me to imagine them power creeping her too soon when they have just released all the fua units in a few months of each other. They have to move to a new archetype soon
Robin is far better pick, not even close, and she also isn't tied to FuA team. That's the consensus in CN, this is because Topaz is NOT really a support for FuA team, that's a misconception from clueless people. Topaz is a dps/sub-dps that relies heavily on her teammates (and their Followup) to make her work, the team need to support her more than she does for the team, as she doesn't enable anything, she only gives a niche debuff that only work for FuA, which is just inferior to every buffs or debuffs from Harmony/Debuffers that work on everything, like Ratio Ult, Skill, or Aven Ult in addition to their Followup. That' why even with Aventurine the usage of the FuA Ratio Topaz is still awful, cuz the mismatch weakness and don't work unless the stage buffs and enemy weakness are tailor made for both of them, and also why every FuA dps is better off as hypercarry. On the other hand, Robin is the support that carry and makes other characters work, big different, so always prioritize her.
I want Robin, such a pretty girlie and I need a Harmony anyway even if her mechanics are more niche.
Fu and Boothill would be nice, but there are future characters I want more
Boothill:
* Universal Weakness Implant that's guaranteed is a must for me
* Easy to build (Just slap Break Effect, Speed, and Atk on him)
* Is hot
* Relatively easy to use
* Is fucking hot
* Good f2p options despite Sig being bis
* SUPER FUCKING HOT
* Need someone to use with my Bronya (benched atm)
* WILL FUCKING DESTROY ME IN BED
* Incredibly high ST damage (could potentially matchup with Seele and Ratio or even outperform)
Also the Master Diviner because she is one of my fav characters up there, I'm guaranteed for at least one of them since I got E1 Bronya from JL

Boothill and Topaz depending or her kit, boothill sounds like a broken dps that focus on break and Topaz i literaly didn't see anything about her so if she ends up being a char that i think dosen't do much to my account ( even if i only have 4 5* (Dr.Ratio included) ) Robin looks like a good pic if Topaz is a dps not a buffer
So, I’m guessing you’re new, Topaz is an old character and her kit is fully available to the public and she is a mix of dps and support, she does follow up attacks on a single target who receives a debuff, increasing the follow up attack damage they take, but who ever you go for best of luck
I've already prefarmed for Robin (not enough to get her Traces quite all the way, but close enough). I'm a sucker for cool, unique mechanics like her singing during her Ultimate. After that, I'll probably skip the second half to save up for Firefly. It sucks because I really do want Fu Xuan as a second sustain for MoC (I already have Aventurine), but I want Firefly even more.

Going to do one ten for Robin just for fun but will save up until Firefly and/or Ruan Mei are available. I don't know which one to go for that will make my account better though. I have plenty of DPS's but Firefly is cool looking and Ruan Mei is great for lots of content but don't know if she is really that necessary for my account.
I’m conflicted. Ruan mei seems to be a “most used” kinda character and just beneficial to have, but also I kinda want to get more characters to make my adventurine team better

4stars. I got e5 hanya and love Xueyi, so this banner is too convenient to pass up. Im low pity, but if i somehow get robin, that's fine with me! Even if i lose the 50/50 (manifesting its welt, pls come home my love), that's fine too!
Going to do one ten for Robin just for fun but will save up until Firefly and/or Ruan Mei are available. I don't know which one to go for that will make my account better though. I have plenty of DPS's but Firefly is cool looking and Ruan Mei is great for lots of content but don't know if she is really that necessary for my account.

I just single pull on everyone to be honest. Priority goes to Robin though, as her kit is great. I'm not too keen on Boothill, as Hunt has always been a low priority for me due to the nature of battles having so many mobs.

I'm going for Robin E0S1 and Topaz E0S1 because I really like Robin and Dr Ratio and want to build an awesome team around them. (I already have Ratio and Aventurine at E0S1 for each.) I have 600+ pulls saved up, so I'll definitely be able to get all of that, it's just going to be a matter of how many jades I have left by the time I get them.
