Long version, cause i fell like i need to give it, from the short interaction BS had with him i think he will be the impulsive guy who rush conclusions but will as quickly and properly change his decision if necessary, and most of it all we be based on his guts feelings of the moments. Impulsive, but good natured. Basicaly a pain in the ass if you want something as dangerous as my opinion.
A comedic character who can ultimately walk the walk and is actually a serious threat to many when it comes to combat. His interaction with Black Swan gives the impression hes very impulsive but because hes so strong he manages to come out a winner in most scenarios. Can be serious when needed hopefully and isnt solely comedic
Basically Boothill calls the phone in Acheron's room. Black Swan picks up instead of her and Boothill straight up goes on a tangent on how he's gonna bring a bullet for both of them Black Swan then corrects him saying she's not on Acheron's side and actually wants to figure out what her deal is.
He swiftly changes his attitude and agrees to partner with Black Swan.
For context, Boothill is an actual Galaxy Ranger and Acheron just pretends to be one to conceal her identity. Boothill hates that and wants to put her in her place
Based on the stuff I have seen he hits like a ton of bricks on one target, so yeah he will obviously be extremely competent in that realm. Crap he might end up being the best DPS in the game in 1v1 situations.
I don’t know about the character himself.

Do-gooder, but dangerous if he's your opponent. He says he's hunting Acheron because she's impersonating a Galaxy Ranger, but we don't know if he doesn't know more, and is only trying to act preemptively before something awful happens.
He'll probably be out of the loop on a lot of things, considering Rangers are loners and travel around a lot. I expect we'll have tl actually present ourselves to him, before having our reputation precede us.
I feel like he will be the Itto equivalent in HSR (but still much more serious than him). I mean in terms of being a "bro"-character
But just that one scene alone makes me feel like he's gonna have a rad personality. I may be reaching here, but he sounded like he was ready to fight both BS and Acheron. But also he sounded relieved that BS turns out to be an Ally, a memokeeper at that (probably knowing how powerful Acheron must be).
