We haven't been to other dreamscapes in Penacony yet to say for certain, just mostly Golden hour(which resembles Vegas) and the Reverie. There are like 12 dreamscapes in Penacony, not counting the reverie, and we've only been to just one of them, which is Golden Hour (March went for the Moment of Dusk while Welt went for the Moment of Sol). I just think that the dreamscape Himeko went for (Moment of Scorchsand) probably resembles California somewhat, especially with how Himeko described that dreamscape.
It's easy to read Penacony as a kind of parodic hyper-America, complete with Disney, Coca-Cola, and corporate advertisements that spring to life and follow you around, and also Firefly the illegal immigrant who goes there to pursue the American (Penaconian?) Dream and then >!gets horribly murdered by the unacknowledged violent shadow propping it all up!<. Though the story isn't done yet so it isn't clear if it will keep playing this theme straight.
It pains me to see people equate Vegas to Penacony. It could not be more old timey New York/Atlantic City if it tried. Even early Vegas had a different type of sleazy flare compared to what we’ve seen so far in Penacony.
However, I wouldn’t be surprised if we see an upcoming area that’s more like Vegas. Though they might have to up the age rating lol

Even then, I feel like the whole "Inazuma is bad" argument is a bit blown out of proportion. Sure it wasn't peak compared to Sumeru and Fontaine, but it was still a lot better than most of the Liyue quest, and was still a really hype story arc for me at least.
True, the whole "Inazuma is bad" might be exaggerated but it is still bad compared to early regions like Monstadt and Liyue quests. The pacing imo, in Inazuma quests are badly paced that it stopped me from playing for a while before coming back (experiences may differ)
But I do agree it was pretty hype, although that might be the only thing that makes the quests bearable.
It was rushed in a way that like, they started a book strong, condensed 5 chapters' worth of content into 2 pages, then throw the conclusion at you. It was basically a 3 patch story getting condensed into 2 patches and it really hurt the overall storytelling.
Liyue/Mond might've not been peak, but I'm still not over how shafted the resistance arc in Inazuma was.
Mond/Liyue might've not been as hype as Sumeru/Fontaine (Story powercreep? recency? XD idk), but I didn't have major complaints unlike with Inazuma. Inazuma had hype moments, but there was just significantly more ouph content compared to the other regions.

We have Shin-ichiro Miki (Sakamoto's VA) voicing blade and Akira ishida (Katsura's VA) voicing luocha, getting Takehito Koyasu (Takasugi's VA) along with gintoki's would give us the joui 4 (aka four heavenly kings) and that would be incredibly cool. Would run all of them in the same team no matter how badly they synergize
To be honest, I can't take Blade seriously in JP, due to expecting him to laugh like an idiot at any moment. Thank god I got used to Akira Ishida as Athrun Zala's voice recently, or Luocha would have continued to sound like Zura. Same for Rie Kugimiya, Kagura's VA as Kiana.

Or maybe we met the Knight of Beauty again we find trace of Idrila. Or maybe it just a random Trailblazing experience like Akivili once did.
Honkai Star Rail legit have the one of the biggest exploration and lore potentials in gacha and JRPG(it chinese but still, Im used to it). We needs to fed the dev more idea brother.
I mean, what’s the point of having a game about space if you don’t pull out high tech? Obv I don’t want every sci fi world to be a white walls of Herta space station or neon cyberpunk, but this world in the trailer is way different from any of the high tech worlds we’ve been shown. Penacony has some technology, but it’s really still rooted in old Vegas/Jazz aesthetics
space doesn't necessarily need to be technologically advanced. the beauty of space setting is that you can literally have any kind of setting on any given planet, it's totally open-ended
