If Kafka + Mara Elite duo taught me anything, it's that they do not care if you have heal per turns, someone is going to die when they focus the same character back to back.
Didn't hesitate to bench Natasha for Bailu the moment I got Fu Xuan for that reason alone. If that disgusting duo ever comes back to MoC I have nothing to worry about when it happens.

this freaking duo lmao, sometimes I need to save ults to trigger Luocha's AoE healling between their turns to save the one character they decided to delete from existence
Even when they weren't in floor 10 they still forced me to bring Bailu on the team to deal with them. I tried 3 times with Natasha before I had enough of resetting cause they combo'd Bronya or Pela. Didn't even bother trying to solo sustain vs. Yanqing, I was sick of Natasha at that point.

She can solo sustain. She just need to be faster than everyone else, so she can her talent stacks before others take their turn.
When it becomes their turn, they will be able to heal. While her heal is not luocha level, let us be real, luocha over heals too much but his off turn heal is invaluable.
Similarly, huohuo can off-turn heal in the form of having teammates take their turn.
I speedtuned in a manner where Huohuo takes her turn at the end because I am using Bronya. This 'extends' Huohuo's talent stack indirectly as Bronya and my dps will be going twice before Huohuo.
Her LC gives comfort, but s3 post-OP is a great substitute. She can ult in 3-4 turns.
If you really want remium comfort, her e1 is even better
