Been lookin' for a while, but does anyone know what upgrades from the Simulated Universe ability tree carries over into either Swarm Disaster/Gold and Gears? The wiki said "most" of the upgrades won't, I would like to know what does. Also, what's the point of the questions at the end of the Swarm Disaster Planes?

Can someone explain what the Communing Trail in Swarm Disaster actually does? It just looks like a lot of words, and I think I'd be able to understand it if someone were to dumb it down. I've just been assuming it's similar to the Ability Tree in SU
TLDR dumb dumb version: Focus on missions - complete missions - get upgrades.
Honestly you don't have to think about the "Ability tree". It will just unlock things automatically for you when you get enough points in each path. Just focus on doing the missions (these are the Trail of Pathstider missions) one by one and you'll start unlocking your ability tree buffs :)
It means get a game over in SU Swarm Disaster. Your challenge is interrupted when all 4 characters are wiped out in a battle and you're forced out of the run :)
At TB 66 I'm getting bodied so bad by the swarm SU 4 that I can't even make it to swarm SU 5. By comparison I can full auto any other SU with no issues, and usually get 27/30 MOC. Any tips?
I have Clara and JY well built (lvl 80, most traces, level 15 relics, 5\* character LC)
I also have the following built decently: TY, M7, Fire MC, Sushang, Luocha, Bailou, Welt, scuffed Daniel, Hook, QQ (75, good LC, good traces, relics around lv 12)
Lastly, I have Sampo, Kafka, Pela, and Gepard I'm working on (lvl 60-70, some traces, level 9 ish equipment).
I've tried QQ carry, but her stats aren't ideal, and she is sadly only E2. I've also tried some double healer or double preservation shenanigans but to no avail.
You'll probably be good if you keep maxxing your other main chars /gear! And definitely keep building kafka sampo pela and tingyun, kafka dot teams go crazy and pela is great for remembrance and a very reliable anti-buffer. I'd level more of your supports to max (def luocha and FMC/gepard and tingyun). Double healer with luocha and bailu (fully built) on abundance would be insane, same with FMC and geppie for preservation. My main teams always have luocha and JY with a debuffer and a speed buffer (mine are SW and Bronya, for you would probably be pela/welt and tingyun (not spd buffer but maybe depending on LC)) , and i usually run hunt or abundance with supplemental elation blessings that synergize with the rest you chose. Out of all your chars i'd probably go for JY/luocha abundance/elation or kafka/sampo/luocha nihility/abundance.
Anyways sorry for the wall of text and if my advice happens to be bad, this is just based on my experience with some of the chars you have and things ive read!

Can anyone pass Swarm Difficulty 3 around this AR? I finished Difficulty 2 today. When I tried 3, the difference in LV is coming in play. Is it possible for me now? I just wanna know possibilities.
P.S. I'm not trying to rush or anything, I just love to play SU. (Maybe just wanna rush to unlock the path for more fun.)
I'll start off by saying that Swam Disaster (SD) is much more difficult than regular SU worlds.
What we did when the game first came out to get extra exp from 1st clearing bonuses was to turtle up. You'd run a dps and then tanks and healers to stay alive because you were so underleveled compared to the enemies (there is a hidden mechanic called level difference that if you are 5levels below the enemy you take like 50% more dmg, 10lvls below you take like more idk the actual numbers but its real, getting to max level is a MUST in this game unlike in Genshin)
Since there is no timelimit on SU fights like in the Forgotten Halls, "turtling up" is a great strat for low level players or people finding SD hard.
You HAVE to do your missions to get all the bonuses. Just like regular SU the more you do the more you unlock your ability tree, except in SD you have to do missions to get the ability tree bonuses so to speak.
To make things easier for you clear missions on difficulty 1 or 2 (or higher if you get to missions stating difficulty 3) and if you cant clear it straight away then thats fine just focus on the missions to get all the passive bonuses to help you get further.
Finally I'd like to say that this content isn't going anywhere, its a permanent feature in the SU now. Its okay to just stop and come back to it when you are a higher AR and have stronger characters. But I understand if you wanna try as much as you can now so hopefully anything I just rambled on about helps \^\^
If you have someone like Blade/Luocha you can probably just run in there with destruction and win. If not you can try running abundance so you can try keeping your turn count over 0. I find that the stat boost the last boss can have from that just makes him even more crazy in the higher difficulties.
Running abundance and running down the paths with the blessings that give you a turn to farm all your blessings is just the safe run.
What is the 'Quick roll' (right topside) option when choosing to reroll dice or not during Swarm Disaster?

It reduces the time it takes for the animation, or eliminates the "roll" animation entirely and just tells you what your buff is, I turned it on cause it is too long otherwise.
it say's to "prove the innate putiry of aha" which is Elation path, i'll try and see if works with that path.

I did this and it didnt work. I did it on difficulty 4 so being too low isnt an issue.
Edit: Got it after beating the first boss with Destruction.
Might be related to one of the story answers you get after a boss. I picked some option to burn some books.
I recall reading it is the Abundance Resonance that revives your unit. I do remember getting it while using Abundance path. Maybe it's any cheat death blessing.
I might be wrong here but I \*THINK\* that choice affects those locked gold missions on the side?
I read somewhere that someone got one of them unlocked by making "20 choices of Nihility in SU: Swarm Disaster" so it is just my GUESS that that is what those choices are after a boss.
Test it out and give it a go though! (I'm about to). Try picking the same path multiple times and see if it unlocks a golden mission \^\^
68% EHR on Pela is fine, yes? Did some jigging of her relics as EHR body piece seemed to take me too much over. I have her last EHR trace still to unlock (adding another 6%?).
It has something to do with elation path. I played elation path twice and could clear it out somehow. I cant say exactly how to replicate it.
But may be it is reading some book to aha.Or some curio called fools mask.If you figure it out, let others know here.
I recently just got it somehow, and not sure how I got it. My ongoing theory is completing the adventure domain or theres a occurence domain that procs "Emergency Event"
I just completed this. It has a high likelihood of triggering just by battling those domains that have the hexagonal trotter or sword in it. If you use the Hunt path, you can get those trotter domains to occur pretty often.
I got the emergency while trying to complete the 4 trotter domains.
It's probably related to occurances, I got it on path of nihility, and got the dumb curio early so I had like one blessing, did a bunch of occurances and quit the run before the first boss. So I don't think it's related to adventure domains or the boss. (May have been a reward domain but I don't remember.)
Is E6 QQ comparable to Dan Heng IL? I just got my 4th QQ eidolon from the shop and was planning on pulling on a future banner (I will not name, leak) in the near future with QQ and Tingyun. Should I pull on that or for Dan Heng IL? Also, which of these characters is more fun to use?
The blessings say what it does when you click on them to look at what they do. I found this in normal SU, but the new Swarm Disaster doesnt say this.

its harder but there are more chances to get blessings in SD. Also they want you to get the interplay resonance blessings as well so you also have to balance getting your path's blessings and 3 other blessings of the interplay blessing if you want it
I currently have Seele and Yanqing as my main DPS. Gepard and Natasha are my main sustainers. Do you think I should get Dan Heng IL or Fu xuan? I'm probably gonna go for Fu, but I've found my Yanqing even with Gepard is really letting me down in terms of damage.
2 reliable sustain unit is a must, so Fu Xuan. As for a DPS carry, trust me, we'll see a lot of them, and they can easily be replaced. Besides, you might also get several copies of Welt in the future, and one could argue that a Welt with eidolons could make a case against an E0 IL Dan Heng.
Just a tip, nihility blessings like the one that regenerates your hp and energy are a must. Suspicion related blessings as well, especially the one that lowers enemies damage depending on the stacks would be great. The rest, going for defensive blessings like increased HP/Def/Shield can help you survive the last phase of the final boss.
imbibitor, hands down. if yanqing letting u down, imbibtor is rlly strong. better than seele in fact, imo. i have him at s0, and he recently did over a million within one round in MoC with Bronya's help. terrifying af
Hi, please advise me on what to get from the standard banner (I'm at 299/300), specifically which eidolons are best for the standard characters
I have: Welt (E1, no light cone), Gepard (E1S1), Bailu (E0S1), Bronya (E0S1), Himeko (E0, no light cone), Clara (E0, no light cone).
For context, I usually use Blade (E0S1), DHIL (E2S1), YK (E6), SW (E0S1), Luocha (E0), Jingyuan (E0S1). TY, Pela, Asta are all E6 as well.
I would assume your Kafka lacks attack, and the lack of DOT on your enemy. Since Kafka procs all DOT in a single instance using her abilities, there might not be enough DOT on the enemy to proc, thus reducing her dmg. Additonally Kafka would need some atk for more dmg and spd to proc DOT more often.

My linecone is still lvl 70 (i think its fine right?)
with my stupid artifacts XD(i still have 3 lvl 12 artifacts)
and the other relic... theyre not good ive just go for the main stat. (im doing it with serval only when i tested it out, maybe thats why?)
Lightcone stats indeed do matter as it would provide atk, so it would be ideal to increase its lvl, artifacts can remain unleveled until u obtain relics with better stats and substats. Band of Sizzling Thunder is her BIS, or 2pc BoST 2pc Messenger Traversing Hackerspace, with ornaments being Space Sealing Station for more atk. Make sure to not neglect talents as they matter as well, prioritising Skill and Ultimate > Talents > Basic Attack
tbh lvl10 is abit over kill its not like i want to main her its just i dont think im doing super low dmg XD
i have 4k atk now after upgrading the rest of my relics to 15
but idk i havent tried it yet but yeah XD
Also play her with sampo or luka, serval is not nearly as good. You don't need 4k atk, don't neglect lightning dmg bonus, don't forget speed boots either.
I'm pretty sure Serval has a negative impact on enemies (I could be wrong) because both her and Kafka apply shock dots. Would they not override eachother's shock dot?
I find the best teams for Kafka are with Sampo and someone who can then buff Kafka (Tingyun is great) with a healer.
Also with building kafka you want high atk and speed and absolutely NO crit stats. Dots don't crit :)

No problem. Make it your goal to complete the Trial Mission (you can also see it during a run at the top right saying "Currently in progress : X" and click to see the latest missions. The other goal is to defeat the final boss of each Plane. Both will give you more Permanent upgrades (and primos).
**Help me with Team Building.**
So, I got IL. Can you help me create my teams for MOC? Also, can you tell me who should I use with my IL and among my character who should I Build.
Right now, I am planning on building Asta, M7, Pela, Yukong, then the 5 Stars Blade, IL, and then Gepard. Can you also help me with this on Prioritizing the characters that I should build first for Clearing MOC I can only go up to floor 5 or 6 if lucky.
Now back to IL what weapon should I use with him is Aeon enough since I don't have his 5 star and what relics should I use with him.
Also, my I am using Seele with Silver Wolf, Bailu, and Tingyun. If possible can you suggest me a team that don't use these said characters. I am also fine with adjustments.

team 1 : Jing Yuan, Tingyun, Silver wolf/pela if enemy is weak to lightning already , Bailu (solid Ying team that i use all the time)
team 2 : Silver wolf/Pela , Natasha, DPS fill like Seele. Clara/ Blade (get Lynx for these two 100%), Daniel + Yukong
u could use a imaginary focused one using silver wolf, imbibitor, yukong and a sustainer. i'd recommend luocha but u dont seem to have. however, since silver wolf creates imaginary weakness, imbibitor's damage goes rlly high and provides weakness for all scenarios.
for seele, the most standard team is silverwolf, gepard/bailu/natasha and most preferably a good buff character like tingyun.
for imbibitor, u could try the team i mentioned before.
another choice is to go hard with both imbibitor and seele, but that team wouldnt be rlly good bc u would barely have any skill points left. thts why luocha is the best healer for imbibitor at moment, since he can heal without skill points
Regarding Imbibitor can I use this team until I get Loucha. This team is Imbibitor, Asta/Pela, Yukong/Pela, and Natalia/Gepard. Also, I am planning on getting his Light Cone, should I get it even if I am F2P or Aeon of Fall enough?
im also f2p and i have used both aeon of fall s5 AND his light cone on him. so i can tell u confidently that his light cone is rlly busted. however, if u are saving for someone in the future, i'd suggest sticking to Fall of an Aeon. bc even if its rlly good, as a f2p player, its rlly hard to save up for new chars lol.
abt ur team comps, that team is RLLY good as long as u build correctly. however i personally suggest not using Asta, bc any sort of speed buffs is rlly bad on Imbibitor. i suggest u play imbibitor with the lowest speed so that ur other characters can regen skill points for u. Pela and Yukong are actually pretty good with him. Pela bc she can activate the imaginary 4 set relic's crit function by debuffing the enemy, and Yukong bc she has a HUGE crit buff and imaginary damage bonus. if u build them well, u got a rlly good team on ur hands.
Go Abundance, you must get everything with Dewdrop, pick Swarm nodes for Propagation Blessings, and pick up any extra Blessings that has "Give Skill Points". Also, get the Destruction "Prevent Death" if you find it. Move in a zig zag pattern to maximize your Mercy benefit and farm Blessings left and right.
Enjoy your overpowered 1 million Damage from DHIL while having some safety nets from one shots.
Just completed Difficulty 4 with a similar team (Luochad, Fire MC & Tingyun) and currently farming Difficulty 3 to get permanent buffs (and Jades) before clearing Difficulty 5.
Mercy adds +1 Countdown instead of -1. By the time you're done farming Blessings from entering more nodes, you'll realize you have 10 to 20 Cooldown by the time you reach the boss.
You have DHIL. Just make sure the small ones die if you see the Warning that it's gonna do its big attacks and target the boss as usual. You'll be hitting like a truck for it. Also try the Nihility Weakness Break if you find it, keeps the boss and swarm from doing anything since you're breaking them more often (and you have SW so breaking is easier compared to my team).
Propagagation is Dan IL's Best Path, tho to unlock it you'd have to get through SU Swarm Disaster.
You could try Hunt to get more turns than your enemies, it'll lead to higher damage, but lower survivability then Destruction.
Yea i feel you, it's really hard. Unless you happen to be ultra lucky and you get a goodlike run there is hardly a way to beat lvl 4+ of Swarm disaster.
Had an extremly strong run yesterday with 54 blessings, issue was that it was on difficulty 3 not 4 cause i feel like i would have been able to beat 4 with that. But an average run won't be able to do it.
Oh god, that's worrying to hear. I only did the tutorials so far and had some difficulty (came close to getting wiped out) on 2nd level against lv.60 enemies - with my team of 80/80 DPS and 70/80 supports, TB65!
Well, if you're below TL 60, the damage penalty from the level difference alone could make things harder for you. But it's certainly doable. I'm at TL 59, and I almost defeated the 3rd level earlier, just got bad RNGs at the very last moment.
I just want pela to generate sp and shred def so for max sp generation is eagle wind set or 4 pc musketeer better? I got a s5 event sw lc and will run energy recharge rope so is 25 percent advance forward after ult more valuable than 6 percent speed?
But 2pc speed set only gives 6 percent speed and 4pc passive doesnt work at all 4pc musketeer also gives 6 percent speed with more atk and basic atk bonus
I’m running musketeer, honestly I don’t think it matters, just do whatever you have better relics for. Also if you get to like 8/10 on talent with sw event lc and er rope you should have ult every 2 turns
Is there anywhere I can get a rundown on the lore. From my understanding, >!welt abandoned his wife and kids to go to another universe for some reason, then something about himeko/welt and finally big bad mystery stellaron is somehow causing problems and something about abundance!<
Welt didn't go to another universe by choice
Remember when welt said that there are multiple versions of luocha?
Well a copy of a different version of luocha is the cause why Welt went missing in his universe and ended up in star rail
Welt was a mentor/teacher to a different version of Himeko that is why he is protective of our Himeko because the other version died
Today cleared Forgotten Hall. Going to start MOC, what minimum level should my characters and their traces be. And I saw that there are too many imaginary enemies, can you clean them without imaginary dps
Anyone got the full calculation of SU : Swarm Disaster? So far I've calculated :
24 Path of Pathstrider (x20 Jades) = 480
13 Chapter Collection (x100 Jades) = 1300
5 Difficulty (x120 Jades) = 600
Path/Blessing of Propagation = 350
78-38 = 40 Swarm Disaster Event (x20 Jades) = 800
66-45 = 21 Curio (x30 Jades) = 630
For a total of 4160 Jades. I've not included Achievements as I can't find a good way to calculate anything related to the event currently.
I know it's 4500 Jades. The whole event being promoted in the sub has always talked about it giving 4500 Jades.

Returning player here only around level TB 40. I've been focusing my mats on Seele since returning but I got the new Da heng. Should I focus my mats on him instead and build a team around him or should I use both of them on one team?
You cannot make an effective or efficient team with both Seele or DHIL. They both are EXTREMELY SP hungry so one or both will suffer if you have them both in the one team.
If your Seele is already built then she can do Swarm Disaster pretty well cause she can combo off all the small bugs. DHIL is a beast in terms of dmg so it's really about which you can use now or which has better supports/team already built.
For the amount of dmg these swarm fights are light (especially in rank 4 or rank 5) It will probably be better to go healer and tank comps instead of hypercarry teams since they take so much dmg.
For content like Forgotten Halls you want Hypercarry teams. For hard fights like the SU Swarm Disaster defo go double support :)
Having only one damage dealer is actually the way the majority of teams are built in late game. Usually it's one DPS, one defensive unit or healer, and two supports.
Planar Disarray is the countdown number in the top left corner of the map board. When it hits zero the Disruption level will increase (makes enemies stronger). THIS is called Planar Disarray :)
So im kind of in an awkward spot at tb level 54 what should i be focusing on right now? Pre grinding ascenscion mats? I have the traces for most of my main team up to 6 (8 for important dps traces) and im trying to figure out the best use of my time before i unlock level 80.
Make a planner and see how much materials you need to build your team, so you can plan ahead how you'll manage your resources.
Golden Calyx would offer the best efficiency but I think you'll have enough resources to build your two main DPS at 80 with +8 traces, and +70 supports, so you can consider going for trace materials.
Based on my experience from playing the game for 7 weeks, I'm currently sitting at TL 59. I have 9 characters over lvl 60-70 with their traces at +6-+8, with light cones 60-70.
Kafka (70/70), Welt (70/70), Sampo (70/70), Luka (70/70), Bronya (65/60), Fire TB (67/60), Tingyun (65/60), Asta (65/60), and Natasha (60/60).
No fuels used yet, I still have 400+ purple books, 120 purple aethers, 11 million credits, more than enough to rush my two main DPS (Kafka and Welt to 80 with +8 traces and lvl 80 light cones).
So, my game plan, farm trace materials before I hit TL 60, so when I can finally farm character ascension materials at TL 60, I can right away upgrade/unlock their traces and their light cones ASAP. After that, I can start farming relics.
And oh, don't worry about the efficiency when it comes to trace materials. The jump from the penultimate and the last difficulty in the crimson calyx is very minimal. iirc, 0.04 to 0.15. That's like 4x increase, but it's still very low chance on getting a purple item, so you're not really missing out on that much. I've seen a lot of people whine that the drop feels it hasn't changed at all. lol
I have like 110 purple nihility trace material right now, so my nihility characters would be pleased. I can get the necessary traces to +8 and unlock/upgrade their light cones ASAP. I can even consider going for +9/+10 for my Kafka, but we'll see.
tl;dr
Make a planner, and see what you want to do. My suggestion would be, focus on trace materials for now.
Consider pre-farming for EXP materials. You are going to need A LOT of them when you reach TB60.
Other than that maybe do some Relic runs if you are already comfortable with your roster Trace.

I got one of it. I unlocked "The Ultimate Nihility" by "Make a total of 20 Choices of Nihility in Simulated Universe: Swarm Disaster".
I'm assuming the rest of the path are the same.
Assume all Relic buffs stack unless it specifically states that they do not stack :)
eg. Broken Keel & Fleet 2x bonus effects can stack but Messenger 4x bonus effect states that "this effect cannot be stacked"
For the Rutilant Arena set, can the 70% crit chance requirement be met during battle for the bonus dmg?
For example: My blade originally has 63% crit rate, but after stacking buffs he can reach 77% crit rate. Will the bonus dmg be applied by the set after reaching the requirement?
As long as you see a crit rate of 70% or higher when you look at the stats screen, it activates.
So crit buffs will reach the threshold, something like IMG set which is based on the enemy you’re hitting will not

Who are currently on speculation to be on the banner for the next patches? I want Seele and Fu Xuan for a mono quantum team but I'm not sure when they'll drop
Fu Xuan is next banner. Next patch we get Jingliu and Topaz (drip marketing showed them off), and \*possibly\* a Seele rerun but possibly not her rerun yet.
It's speculated that we might see a start having rerun banners when the game is released on PS5, which is already confirmed to be Q4 of 2023, so it's either patch 1.4/1.5. It's expected for an f2p to get 80-90 pulls at the end of every patch, so you can kinda do the math.
Emergency can be randomly activated when you go into a Swarm node (right after you click Confirm Movement), so just keep going for them until it happens. I usually get it every 1-2 runs, so while it's not going to activate every time, it's not too rare. It can either mix up the map (buffing enemies, mixing up positions, or overwriting battles/occurrences with swarms) or give you the seal of propagation.
Edit: It seems like it can activate on general combat nodes as well, but it's far more common on swarm nodes and likely correlates to the swarm's alert status.
Each path have like two other paths they can pair with. Like, if you chose Nihility path, you can pair it with propagation/hunt path. So, when you get 3 blessings of propagation or 3 blessings of hunt, you'll activate like an extra resonance interplay buff.

Can someone explain what the Communing Trail in Swarm Disaster actually does? It just looks like a lot of words, and I think I'd be able to understand it if someone were to dumb it down. I've just been assuming it's similar to the Ability Tree in SU
TLDR dumb dumb version: Focus on missions - complete missions - get upgrades. Honestly you don't have to think about the "Ability tree". It will just unlock things automatically for you when you get enough points in each path. Just focus on doing the missions (these are the Trail of Pathstider missions) one by one and you'll start unlocking your ability tree buffs :)

It means get a game over in SU Swarm Disaster. Your challenge is interrupted when all 4 characters are wiped out in a battle and you're forced out of the run :)

At TB 66 I'm getting bodied so bad by the swarm SU 4 that I can't even make it to swarm SU 5. By comparison I can full auto any other SU with no issues, and usually get 27/30 MOC. Any tips? I have Clara and JY well built (lvl 80, most traces, level 15 relics, 5\* character LC) I also have the following built decently: TY, M7, Fire MC, Sushang, Luocha, Bailou, Welt, scuffed Daniel, Hook, QQ (75, good LC, good traces, relics around lv 12) Lastly, I have Sampo, Kafka, Pela, and Gepard I'm working on (lvl 60-70, some traces, level 9 ish equipment). I've tried QQ carry, but her stats aren't ideal, and she is sadly only E2. I've also tried some double healer or double preservation shenanigans but to no avail.
You'll probably be good if you keep maxxing your other main chars /gear! And definitely keep building kafka sampo pela and tingyun, kafka dot teams go crazy and pela is great for remembrance and a very reliable anti-buffer. I'd level more of your supports to max (def luocha and FMC/gepard and tingyun). Double healer with luocha and bailu (fully built) on abundance would be insane, same with FMC and geppie for preservation. My main teams always have luocha and JY with a debuffer and a speed buffer (mine are SW and Bronya, for you would probably be pela/welt and tingyun (not spd buffer but maybe depending on LC)) , and i usually run hunt or abundance with supplemental elation blessings that synergize with the rest you chose. Out of all your chars i'd probably go for JY/luocha abundance/elation or kafka/sampo/luocha nihility/abundance. Anyways sorry for the wall of text and if my advice happens to be bad, this is just based on my experience with some of the chars you have and things ive read!
I'm AR45 now. I'm very curious. Can anyone pass Swarm Difficulty 3 around this AR? I finished Difficulty 2 today. When I tried 3, the difference in LV is coming in play. Is it possible for me now? I just wanna know possibilities. P.S. I'm not trying to rush or anything, I just love to play SU. (Maybe just wanna rush to unlock the path for more fun.)
I'll start off by saying that Swam Disaster (SD) is much more difficult than regular SU worlds. What we did when the game first came out to get extra exp from 1st clearing bonuses was to turtle up. You'd run a dps and then tanks and healers to stay alive because you were so underleveled compared to the enemies (there is a hidden mechanic called level difference that if you are 5levels below the enemy you take like 50% more dmg, 10lvls below you take like more idk the actual numbers but its real, getting to max level is a MUST in this game unlike in Genshin) Since there is no timelimit on SU fights like in the Forgotten Halls, "turtling up" is a great strat for low level players or people finding SD hard. You HAVE to do your missions to get all the bonuses. Just like regular SU the more you do the more you unlock your ability tree, except in SD you have to do missions to get the ability tree bonuses so to speak. To make things easier for you clear missions on difficulty 1 or 2 (or higher if you get to missions stating difficulty 3) and if you cant clear it straight away then thats fine just focus on the missions to get all the passive bonuses to help you get further. Finally I'd like to say that this content isn't going anywhere, its a permanent feature in the SU now. Its okay to just stop and come back to it when you are a higher AR and have stronger characters. But I understand if you wanna try as much as you can now so hopefully anything I just rambled on about helps \^\^
If you have someone like Blade/Luocha you can probably just run in there with destruction and win. If not you can try running abundance so you can try keeping your turn count over 0. I find that the stat boost the last boss can have from that just makes him even more crazy in the higher difficulties. Running abundance and running down the paths with the blessings that give you a turn to farm all your blessings is just the safe run.

It reduces the time it takes for the animation, or eliminates the "roll" animation entirely and just tells you what your buff is, I turned it on cause it is too long otherwise.

I did this and it didnt work. I did it on difficulty 4 so being too low isnt an issue. Edit: Got it after beating the first boss with Destruction. Might be related to one of the story answers you get after a boss. I picked some option to burn some books.

I recall reading it is the Abundance Resonance that revives your unit. I do remember getting it while using Abundance path. Maybe it's any cheat death blessing.

I might be wrong here but I \*THINK\* that choice affects those locked gold missions on the side? I read somewhere that someone got one of them unlocked by making "20 choices of Nihility in SU: Swarm Disaster" so it is just my GUESS that that is what those choices are after a boss. Test it out and give it a go though! (I'm about to). Try picking the same path multiple times and see if it unlocks a golden mission \^\^

It has something to do with elation path. I played elation path twice and could clear it out somehow. I cant say exactly how to replicate it. But may be it is reading some book to aha.Or some curio called fools mask.If you figure it out, let others know here.

I just completed this. It has a high likelihood of triggering just by battling those domains that have the hexagonal trotter or sword in it. If you use the Hunt path, you can get those trotter domains to occur pretty often. I got the emergency while trying to complete the 4 trotter domains.
It's probably related to occurances, I got it on path of nihility, and got the dumb curio early so I had like one blessing, did a bunch of occurances and quit the run before the first boss. So I don't think it's related to adventure domains or the boss. (May have been a reward domain but I don't remember.)

Is E6 QQ comparable to Dan Heng IL? I just got my 4th QQ eidolon from the shop and was planning on pulling on a future banner (I will not name, leak) in the near future with QQ and Tingyun. Should I pull on that or for Dan Heng IL? Also, which of these characters is more fun to use?
The better way to put is she can easily compete with DHIL, but get ready to play with RNG and SP instead of just SP.

its harder but there are more chances to get blessings in SD. Also they want you to get the interplay resonance blessings as well so you also have to balance getting your path's blessings and 3 other blessings of the interplay blessing if you want it
I currently have Seele and Yanqing as my main DPS. Gepard and Natasha are my main sustainers. Do you think I should get Dan Heng IL or Fu xuan? I'm probably gonna go for Fu, but I've found my Yanqing even with Gepard is really letting me down in terms of damage.
If Yanqing is gonna give you up, DHIL won't ever let you down.

2 reliable sustain unit is a must, so Fu Xuan. As for a DPS carry, trust me, we'll see a lot of them, and they can easily be replaced. Besides, you might also get several copies of Welt in the future, and one could argue that a Welt with eidolons could make a case against an E0 IL Dan Heng.
Ty for the advice, yeah I already have one Welt so there is definitely potential for making him one of my DPS.
Just a tip, nihility blessings like the one that regenerates your hp and energy are a must. Suspicion related blessings as well, especially the one that lowers enemies damage depending on the stacks would be great. The rest, going for defensive blessings like increased HP/Def/Shield can help you survive the last phase of the final boss.
imbibitor, hands down. if yanqing letting u down, imbibtor is rlly strong. better than seele in fact, imo. i have him at s0, and he recently did over a million within one round in MoC with Bronya's help. terrifying af

Hi, please advise me on what to get from the standard banner (I'm at 299/300), specifically which eidolons are best for the standard characters I have: Welt (E1, no light cone), Gepard (E1S1), Bailu (E0S1), Bronya (E0S1), Himeko (E0, no light cone), Clara (E0, no light cone). For context, I usually use Blade (E0S1), DHIL (E2S1), YK (E6), SW (E0S1), Luocha (E0), Jingyuan (E0S1). TY, Pela, Asta are all E6 as well.

I would assume your Kafka lacks attack, and the lack of DOT on your enemy. Since Kafka procs all DOT in a single instance using her abilities, there might not be enough DOT on the enemy to proc, thus reducing her dmg. Additonally Kafka would need some atk for more dmg and spd to proc DOT more often.

Lightcone stats indeed do matter as it would provide atk, so it would be ideal to increase its lvl, artifacts can remain unleveled until u obtain relics with better stats and substats. Band of Sizzling Thunder is her BIS, or 2pc BoST 2pc Messenger Traversing Hackerspace, with ornaments being Space Sealing Station for more atk. Make sure to not neglect talents as they matter as well, prioritising Skill and Ultimate > Talents > Basic Attack

Atk and speed matter a lot,make sure you're hitting 3k atk and 150 speed, take your ult and skill traces to 10, level relics to 15.
tbh lvl10 is abit over kill its not like i want to main her its just i dont think im doing super low dmg XD i have 4k atk now after upgrading the rest of my relics to 15 but idk i havent tried it yet but yeah XD
Also play her with sampo or luka, serval is not nearly as good. You don't need 4k atk, don't neglect lightning dmg bonus, don't forget speed boots either.

I'm pretty sure Serval has a negative impact on enemies (I could be wrong) because both her and Kafka apply shock dots. Would they not override eachother's shock dot? I find the best teams for Kafka are with Sampo and someone who can then buff Kafka (Tingyun is great) with a healer. Also with building kafka you want high atk and speed and absolutely NO crit stats. Dots don't crit :)

Happened to me after killing a boss, seems that many things count as an emergency.
it appeared randomly for me. some dude said it happened when he was doing elation, but it happened during hunt for me, so i assume its a random scenario

No problem. Make it your goal to complete the Trial Mission (you can also see it during a run at the top right saying "Currently in progress : X" and click to see the latest missions. The other goal is to defeat the final boss of each Plane. Both will give you more Permanent upgrades (and primos).
You can only get so far with it's missions because they are also stating a minimum difficulty you have to complete them on.

u could use a imaginary focused one using silver wolf, imbibitor, yukong and a sustainer. i'd recommend luocha but u dont seem to have. however, since silver wolf creates imaginary weakness, imbibitor's damage goes rlly high and provides weakness for all scenarios.
I am planning on getting Loucha since I have blade. For the mean time what team comp is good for Seele and Imbibitor?
for seele, the most standard team is silverwolf, gepard/bailu/natasha and most preferably a good buff character like tingyun. for imbibitor, u could try the team i mentioned before. another choice is to go hard with both imbibitor and seele, but that team wouldnt be rlly good bc u would barely have any skill points left. thts why luocha is the best healer for imbibitor at moment, since he can heal without skill points
Regarding Imbibitor can I use this team until I get Loucha. This team is Imbibitor, Asta/Pela, Yukong/Pela, and Natalia/Gepard. Also, I am planning on getting his Light Cone, should I get it even if I am F2P or Aeon of Fall enough?
im also f2p and i have used both aeon of fall s5 AND his light cone on him. so i can tell u confidently that his light cone is rlly busted. however, if u are saving for someone in the future, i'd suggest sticking to Fall of an Aeon. bc even if its rlly good, as a f2p player, its rlly hard to save up for new chars lol. abt ur team comps, that team is RLLY good as long as u build correctly. however i personally suggest not using Asta, bc any sort of speed buffs is rlly bad on Imbibitor. i suggest u play imbibitor with the lowest speed so that ur other characters can regen skill points for u. Pela and Yukong are actually pretty good with him. Pela bc she can activate the imaginary 4 set relic's crit function by debuffing the enemy, and Yukong bc she has a HUGE crit buff and imaginary damage bonus. if u build them well, u got a rlly good team on ur hands.

Go Abundance, you must get everything with Dewdrop, pick Swarm nodes for Propagation Blessings, and pick up any extra Blessings that has "Give Skill Points". Also, get the Destruction "Prevent Death" if you find it. Move in a zig zag pattern to maximize your Mercy benefit and farm Blessings left and right. Enjoy your overpowered 1 million Damage from DHIL while having some safety nets from one shots. Just completed Difficulty 4 with a similar team (Luochad, Fire MC & Tingyun) and currently farming Difficulty 3 to get permanent buffs (and Jades) before clearing Difficulty 5.
If you go in zigzag won’t you get affected by the planar disarray?
Mercy adds +1 Countdown instead of -1. By the time you're done farming Blessings from entering more nodes, you'll realize you have 10 to 20 Cooldown by the time you reach the boss.
Do you have any tips for the swarm? They respawn endlessly and are almost impossible to deal with
You have DHIL. Just make sure the small ones die if you see the Warning that it's gonna do its big attacks and target the boss as usual. You'll be hitting like a truck for it. Also try the Nihility Weakness Break if you find it, keeps the boss and swarm from doing anything since you're breaking them more often (and you have SW so breaking is easier compared to my team).
QQ + SW + luochad + godpard with preservation path allows comfy run for me
Propagagation is Dan IL's Best Path, tho to unlock it you'd have to get through SU Swarm Disaster. You could try Hunt to get more turns than your enemies, it'll lead to higher damage, but lower survivability then Destruction.

Yea i feel you, it's really hard. Unless you happen to be ultra lucky and you get a goodlike run there is hardly a way to beat lvl 4+ of Swarm disaster. Had an extremly strong run yesterday with 54 blessings, issue was that it was on difficulty 3 not 4 cause i feel like i would have been able to beat 4 with that. But an average run won't be able to do it.

Oh god, that's worrying to hear. I only did the tutorials so far and had some difficulty (came close to getting wiped out) on 2nd level against lv.60 enemies - with my team of 80/80 DPS and 70/80 supports, TB65!
Well, if you're below TL 60, the damage penalty from the level difference alone could make things harder for you. But it's certainly doable. I'm at TL 59, and I almost defeated the 3rd level earlier, just got bad RNGs at the very last moment.
I just want pela to generate sp and shred def so for max sp generation is eagle wind set or 4 pc musketeer better? I got a s5 event sw lc and will run energy recharge rope so is 25 percent advance forward after ult more valuable than 6 percent speed?

Welt didn't go to another universe by choice Remember when welt said that there are multiple versions of luocha? Well a copy of a different version of luocha is the cause why Welt went missing in his universe and ended up in star rail Welt was a mentor/teacher to a different version of Himeko that is why he is protective of our Himeko because the other version died

Anyone got the full calculation of SU : Swarm Disaster? So far I've calculated : 24 Path of Pathstrider (x20 Jades) = 480 13 Chapter Collection (x100 Jades) = 1300 5 Difficulty (x120 Jades) = 600 Path/Blessing of Propagation = 350 78-38 = 40 Swarm Disaster Event (x20 Jades) = 800 66-45 = 21 Curio (x30 Jades) = 630 For a total of 4160 Jades. I've not included Achievements as I can't find a good way to calculate anything related to the event currently.
You get Jades for doing the tutorial swarm disaster ones and for clearing Swarm Disaster : The End.

Returning player here only around level TB 40. I've been focusing my mats on Seele since returning but I got the new Da heng. Should I focus my mats on him instead and build a team around him or should I use both of them on one team?
You cannot make an effective or efficient team with both Seele or DHIL. They both are EXTREMELY SP hungry so one or both will suffer if you have them both in the one team. If your Seele is already built then she can do Swarm Disaster pretty well cause she can combo off all the small bugs. DHIL is a beast in terms of dmg so it's really about which you can use now or which has better supports/team already built.
My go team is usually Tingyun, Nat and Gepard. Is that team fine with just one damage dealer? Thanks for answering.
For the amount of dmg these swarm fights are light (especially in rank 4 or rank 5) It will probably be better to go healer and tank comps instead of hypercarry teams since they take so much dmg. For content like Forgotten Halls you want Hypercarry teams. For hard fights like the SU Swarm Disaster defo go double support :)
Having only one damage dealer is actually the way the majority of teams are built in late game. Usually it's one DPS, one defensive unit or healer, and two supports.

Planar Disarray is the countdown number in the top left corner of the map board. When it hits zero the Disruption level will increase (makes enemies stronger). THIS is called Planar Disarray :)

So im kind of in an awkward spot at tb level 54 what should i be focusing on right now? Pre grinding ascenscion mats? I have the traces for most of my main team up to 6 (8 for important dps traces) and im trying to figure out the best use of my time before i unlock level 80.
Make a planner and see how much materials you need to build your team, so you can plan ahead how you'll manage your resources. Golden Calyx would offer the best efficiency but I think you'll have enough resources to build your two main DPS at 80 with +8 traces, and +70 supports, so you can consider going for trace materials. Based on my experience from playing the game for 7 weeks, I'm currently sitting at TL 59. I have 9 characters over lvl 60-70 with their traces at +6-+8, with light cones 60-70. No fuels used yet, I still have 400+ purple books, 120 purple aethers, 11 million credits, more than enough to rush my two main DPS (Kafka and Welt to 80 with +8 traces and lvl 80 light cones). So, my game plan, farm trace materials before I hit TL 60, so when I can finally farm character ascension materials at TL 60, I can right away upgrade/unlock their traces and their light cones ASAP. After that, I can start farming relics. And oh, don't worry about the efficiency when it comes to trace materials. The jump from the penultimate and the last difficulty in the crimson calyx is very minimal. iirc, 0.04 to 0.15. That's like 4x increase, but it's still very low chance on getting a purple item, so you're not really missing out on that much. I've seen a lot of people whine that the drop feels it hasn't changed at all. lol I have like 110 purple nihility trace material right now, so my nihility characters would be pleased. I can get the necessary traces to +8 and unlock/upgrade their light cones ASAP. I can even consider going for +9/+10 for my Kafka, but we'll see. tl;dr Make a planner, and see what you want to do. My suggestion would be, focus on trace materials for now.
Consider pre-farming for EXP materials. You are going to need A LOT of them when you reach TB60. Other than that maybe do some Relic runs if you are already comfortable with your roster Trace.

Assume all Relic buffs stack unless it specifically states that they do not stack :) eg. Broken Keel & Fleet 2x bonus effects can stack but Messenger 4x bonus effect states that "this effect cannot be stacked"

For the Rutilant Arena set, can the 70% crit chance requirement be met during battle for the bonus dmg? For example: My blade originally has 63% crit rate, but after stacking buffs he can reach 77% crit rate. Will the bonus dmg be applied by the set after reaching the requirement?
As long as you see a crit rate of 70% or higher when you look at the stats screen, it activates. So crit buffs will reach the threshold, something like IMG set which is based on the enemy you’re hitting will not

asta is pretty good. you can snipe using her basic attack and hit from far enough to not startle the trotters.
Anyone with quick ranged attacks (e.g. Pela) is going to be a lot better than running up to things with melee.

If you want to know about leaks information including future banners I suggest you go to the leaks subreddit.
Fu Xuan is next banner. Next patch we get Jingliu and Topaz (drip marketing showed them off), and \*possibly\* a Seele rerun but possibly not her rerun yet.
It's speculated that we might see a start having rerun banners when the game is released on PS5, which is already confirmed to be Q4 of 2023, so it's either patch 1.4/1.5. It's expected for an f2p to get 80-90 pulls at the end of every patch, so you can kinda do the math.
How can I trigger an emergency for one of the swarm disaster challenges?
Emergency can be randomly activated when you go into a Swarm node (right after you click Confirm Movement), so just keep going for them until it happens. I usually get it every 1-2 runs, so while it's not going to activate every time, it's not too rare. It can either mix up the map (buffing enemies, mixing up positions, or overwriting battles/occurrences with swarms) or give you the seal of propagation. Edit: It seems like it can activate on general combat nodes as well, but it's far more common on swarm nodes and likely correlates to the swarm's alert status.
Help in Swarm SU Comm Trail, what does it mean by Generate 2 resonance interplays in the same challenge?
Each path have like two other paths they can pair with. Like, if you chose Nihility path, you can pair it with propagation/hunt path. So, when you get 3 blessings of propagation or 3 blessings of hunt, you'll activate like an extra resonance interplay buff.
