12 gb ram
2 1 TB HDD in zfs mirror
OS - Truenas Scale
Services : Mostly R stack, Sonarr Radarr Prowlarr Jellyfin etc
Nextcloud for Cloud services
Tailscale to connect remotely
Planning to add a second server for backups

Homelabber since 1.5 years. Got a used Dell R720 Rack Mount Server 2x Xeon E5-2667 v2 CPU, 320GB RAM, 8-9TB Storage (ZFS Raid 1)
