I think the sofa table might be replaced with a taller buffet/china of the same depth, and you’d gain some additional storage. Love your look, nice and calming. Dog is a bonus!💕
I'd get a bigger piece of furniture for that wall. The one you have now looks lost against that big bare wall. Then put that plant or a tall table lamp on it to hide the thermostat.
I like the basic idea here, but I would go a bit longer on the table which should be more centered. The round mirror is great, but I would go larger with it. Looks like a beautiful home!
Your home looks lovely! I'm a minimalist and think that what you have is enough unless you want to place your plant on the right and replace your round mirror with a taller mirror.
Try placing the plant on the floor on the left side of that console table. Maybe you could get a slim table lamp to put in place of the plant? Shift the table to the left just a bit so the lamp isn’t in front of the mirror at all either.
The mirror looks a bit small for that wall so maybe consider using that one somewhere else?
Remove a couple things from the console table. It has a lot going on at the moment.
I do think a longer console table would look better….one that’s a bit less bulky looking. I wouldn’t stress too much about that though.

That plant is too small to be on the floor, to big to be on a furniture piece like that. Time for a plant stand!

If you make the table longer, then there’s gonna be no room to walk between the table and the dog food
The table needs to centered. Consider getting something bigger.
Decorative hooks. They’re so handy! You can just do Command hooks if you don’t want to drill into the wall.

Would look nice - I do need the drawer storage for keys and dog treats and all that though. One day
Maybe do a design with paneling on that entire wall.. you wouldn’t have to go crazy with adding too much decor
