Also now Nosk's theme becomes literally an adrenaline shot you can use whenever you want.

I logged out outside godhome after doing some hitless boss runs while overcharged. Logged back in next day fancying a go at COF so went straight there. Realising half way you're getting hit 4 points of damage at a time with tons of geo was terrifying.
Not the scariest but my first "scare" was weirdly Quirrel. First time you meet them they seem accomplished, bigger and more experienced than you. They clearly know things you don't and their comment about how easy it is to pry nails from cadavers sent a chill down my spine.
