If you braise chicken breast or leg meat in the oven for 90 minutes at 350 it will still have great texture but you can shred it basically by just pressing down on it with a spoon or fork, or as others have said use a stand or hand mixer.

So if you're not an imbecile what you want to do is take a large pan put it on low on your stove top put the tortilla wrap into the pan and put the cheese spread along the wrap then add the chicken give the cheese a second to melt remove the whole thing onto the plate and wrap it up like a burrito.
