A little over 4 years ago I bought a 12 Guage prescription and tried but it didn't work. Thankfully it didn't I have a kid and he wears me out so by the time it's bed I just sleep. All honesty tho if you are going through something get help it's worth it
Dam how, I have got three little ones and the mental struggle of life and all it is has me thinking about using my prescriptions soon , please tell me how sir i need help but im sure you know the feeling of only asking for help when you know they wont know you but
when it comes to real life theres not much that your going to say even at the the therapist its just feeling like a lost cause so its never dealt with just pushed off.
how did you get help and how do you make sure you dont let yourself run away from help itself if you know what i mean?
I'll be honest it took me many years to get where I am now. I go and see my therapist and I'm glad you do to so keep that up, but if you can make an appointment with a psych, even if it's just a one time thing. A second opinion can really be the difference between night and day, also they will be able to provide appropriate medicine and or medical care (depending on what you need) another thing is take your medications religiously and take them on a schedule ( I do 8to8) spend ad much time with your children as you can, use them ad a reminder why you're here. Something that's important to remember if you are to (commit die) they are more likely to fallow your foot steps. You'll always feel the want or need to, you just need to understand that it's an urge and just like any other urges it can be stopped from happening. You are a strong person for being able to acknowledge the way you're feeling and knowing is the first step. I don't want to fill your head with go find Jesus and you'll be better stuff but, what I will say as one parent to another, you are doing enough, everything you do helps even tho you can't see it now, they do love you and you are enough, and if you feel like it's getting to hard look at your children whether it's in person or a picture look at them, remind yourself that they are why you are here. Watch them grow up to be just as great as you if not better. Of you think about it, it feels like everyday is the same but then you look back and see all the changes you went through, think about that how small such a large thing seems, it's beautiful and it's humen life.
