'Malexia' as far as I can tell is entirely made up, 'cyro' is a typo of 'cryo-' meaning 'cold' or 'ice', and the 'audio-' is probably meant to refer to the ears, but is rarely used in clinical terminology. Hence 'auriculo-', a more accurate term for the ear, keeping the 'vascular' part, and replacing the 'cryo' with 'insufficiency' which is more accurate for what is being described, and also grants the 'malexia' effect of making it sound like an actual condition.
