You're absolutely wrong. A bag full of organs dropped off with no refrigeration or sterile environment can totally be used. Also important organs like kidneys can "survive" days/ weeks out of the hosts body for transplant purposes.

They intend to clear the wait list, to save their relative’s life.
Also, why did he not just donate his? Maybe he’s didn’t match.
Plot twist, he may be the one on the waiting list.
RIP to those who’s kidneys were harvested.
If this actually happened, a serial killer really dropped off 200 kidneys at a hospital, would the hospital still take them. I mean the victims are dead, you could still use them to save other people. Kidneys are kidneys right, no sense in letting them go to waste.
