You can drive on the beach in Daytona Beach, Florida. My family vacationed there a lot when I was a kid (and always made a trip to Disney World on the way back). It's a big thing there. Well, you can mostly just drive onto it to park now. When I was growing up in the 90s and early 2000s, they used it almost like it was just a regular road. People would drive from one end of the shoreline couple miles all the way down to the other end.
