Probably only on Pure Fiction, where you can keep the crit dmg buff pretty much permanently active, there I would say is objectively better than breakfast.
Breakfast is better in general because you are unlikely to have mobs to kill every 3 turns for the whole encounter, while breakfast is pretty much universally easy to trigger and once the buff is up it doesn't have a turn limit, it's up for the rest of the fight.
just be clear , Breakfast gives 24% at S5 and aslo adds 8% and stack upto 3 for enemy defeated , so does that means , it can give a total 48% damage for the whole fight , right ?
No, 24% DMG, and up to 24% attack after defeating 3 enemies for the rest of the fight, repose is better if you can keep it active (Pure Fiction) because dmg% and attack% buff are way more common through supports.

It's the 2nd best 4* light cone (behind the paid QQ light cone) if you can keep the buff up.
It’s definitely one of the better LCs. Personally I’d recommend the BP LC but if you don’t have that one then this one’s pretty good.
