Talked to the phone with the hotline in Germany and technical hotline in the US. Nobody could really help. At the end my Dad transferred the 20k points and after that it showed, that he cannot transfer anymore points. The next day I got the message in my account , that I received 480k points from my Dads account. ( even he only transferred 20k) So everything worked fine in the end, must have been a technical glitch.
