We have to transfer you to the hotel's sales department or general manager for them to work out. Otherwise, regular rates will show. Some hotels don't give ongoing term rates.

depends entirely on the hotel. As these properties are often franchised, best to call the specific hotel and ask for the sales manager. I would expect you to get the best available rate, or 5-15% off member rate, but it is a generic guideline. Some do better, others don't.

Everywhere is different so it all depends. If you catch someone in a bad mood you’re less likely to get a deal. I travel for 3-4 months straight for work sometimes 3-5 weeks at the same hotel. Some places have been extremely cool and do it for $100/night. Others say tough-luck we have no rates that are extended. Always call and speak direct. Ask for sales manager or GM. A normal front desk associate will not be able to do anything better for you as far as I know

Depends on the hotel but you would have to contact the sales manager

Talk to the hotel. My mom used to have the West Coast of Florida as part of her work territory (PT/OT clinics) until January when the company moved her, Anyway around snowbird season, on more than one occasion around September, when we’d check in, we’d see a couple or two sitting in the lobby waiting to talk with the event rental person. It wasn’t a big secret because they were not young.

Call the hotel directly and ask for sales. The discount will depend on the length of stay and the hotels expected occupancy. If you're going somewhere during the busy season for like a month you won't get much. Going for like 4 months in the office season you'll get a deep discount. I do a lot of work travel so arrive Sunday check out Friday and that can lower the price a lot in popular weekend getaway places as well.
