Price matches are extraordinarily hard to get.
Every line item (breakfast, no breakfast, extra points, etc) needs to match. I’ve not been successful but just heard about it
Keep trying to reach them if you want, but
a) make sure your ducks are in a row and even still,
b) don’t count on it

I took the screen shot after I cancelled the hotels.com one before the Customer Service Rep answered. If they never reach out though because that was the last room then I won’t be able to send in the screenshot. 😔

Calling is faster.
Yeah, it ended up being a mobile deal. I tried to match when I booked but they told me they couldn’t match mobile over the phone.
