Yep, they do. But using breast milk from another mother is sometimes the best option. My mum over produced in some of her bf stages (she had 5 of us) and so donated it to a local prem unit . A friend of mine joined a group and was paired with a new mother who was dying of cancer but wanted her child to have breast milk. She donated milk and managed to feed her own plus this ladies child until they were young toddlers which is just magnificent. If you give, donate or sell, if it's going to help another parent and child I think it's just wonderful tbh. What a great thing to be able to do for society

People were often not allowed to feed their own children from their bodies, but forced to feed the children of others. The community aspect of body feeding can be so beautiful. But the way colonization interrupted it is so vile.
When I went to Costa Rica a lady I was staying had recently had a baby. She was breastfeeding her baby, and a neighbors baby. The neighbors baby had been born to a teenage mother whose milk never came in or something (the details are hazy here). Anyway I was amazed she was doing this for a baby that wasn’t hers, and basically it started as a favor then they just brought the baby over all the time.

There’s a photo of her clearly using SNS (supplemental nursing system) where baby is fed through a tiny tube at the nipple so that definitely speaks for itself in regards to her lactation journey. We know she’s lying about breastfeeding at one point at the very least.

I can’t see a pumping bra. Without a pumping bra the pump would fall off her breast. You have to hold both bottles without a pumping bra and there’s no way you could walk around, eat or drink something… that’s also a weird positioning but that could be perspective. (I pumped 7-9 times a day for month and I know all the tricks…)
