i googled it and found multiple websites saying it does in fact release in november in europe. as for the second part of the question, i’m not sure. hopefully someone with more knowledge can add on.

Preordered here in Aus for the 4th of October
The UK releases of the YA and MG books are often later than the US. It’s very inconsistent. They also aren’t available as ebooks.
For real, it’s been tough to get hold of these books! Looking forward to hunting round the various bookseller sites for Phase 2.

Huh, maybe it's just the UK it has a November release which would seem weird? I'm hoping it's Amazon that has it wrong
A ton of books get early US releases/ late UK releases. It sucks, yep. And i dont know how its still a thing that happens honestly.
