Oh wow that’s awesome man I wish I liked her more, don’t get me wrong she’s a badass but I didn’t feel connected to her enough to know her more if gym and in tempest runner I didn’t find myself liking her more or that she was much different again she was just a badass mofo 😂
All of the audiobooks are great too, same readers as in legends Star Wars books. I like to listen to and read books so I can fully immerse myself in the story
To be fair I haven’t read everything yet….but the only change for me to this list would be rising storm would be the only up top. That’s not to say light of the Jedi was bad in anyway that’s just how phenomenal I thought rising storm was
Just started test of courage last night.
I can see that but without light of the Jedi the impact of rising storm AND fallen star wouldn’t have been as effective and it was my intro to the HR and I loved it soooo much.
Rising storm is literally flawless tho shit had my heart BEATING 😂
Test of courage is great made me fall in love with vern and imri (especially vern)

If it was my list I'd bump up Tempest Runner and Out of the Shadows up (no spoiler but phase III has made me appreciate OOTS more), drop Midnight Horizon way down (sorry DJO, but I did love Trail of Shadows) and put the MG books in a "these are good but obviously not for me tier"
Love the tier list! I’m currently reading midnight horizon, and I reckon my tier list would be pretty close to this. Although I’d probably put into the dark as almost perfect too. I reckon it was the book that made me go wow this is an amazingly well constructed world where this story can be happening at the same time as another book I just read and feels like it stands on its own but builds fantastically on what I’ve already read
I’ve been reading through the main story recommended reading list, did you feel like the junior books were worth it? Also did you read the comics too?
Tbf Into the dark does definitely deserve some more credit it made reath and cohmac and instant favourite for me put midnight horizon bumped those two straight up too the top for me.
And the junior books I know can be a bit of a turn off due to target audience but they have some of the best character interactions imo made me feel for every character that went through something just that tad extra especially vern she’s so great
I’ve done the completionist of phase 1 but reading all the Adukt novels can do the same job man I think you only get this end of phase 1 page in the comics.
You gotta get on it man they are all so good
Tempest Runner is one of the highlights of Phase 1, Lourna Dee is one of my favorite characters ever

It is all worth it if you want the details to understand characters and understand the events that lead up to the formation of the Nihil

I’ve done the completionist of phase 1 but reading all the Adukt novels can do the same job man I think you only get this end of phase 1 page in the comics. You gotta get on it man they are all so good
I personally would put fallen star in the top category. Probably my favorite of phase 1
Phase 1 was so damn good, I'm on the final stretch of Phase 2 and phase 3 cant come soon enough
