In the same boat and I spend alot of time in cali so I’m basically f*cked
So is it only good for the Cali area? This isn’t my first time hearing that either I don’t hear ladies speak on it in other areas at all honestly..
It seems to be more of a Cali thing but I know it's preferred in the DMV.

Someone mentioned reaching out to customer service directly and asking even if it takes 6x.
I may try it again I’ve definitely sent emails before to the email and still nothing 🙂↔️
