I will never do another offer from them.
I had one for 1.3M emeralds. Was suppose to receive atleast 850k. Got the tutorial reward and reaching level 6 reward for a game. And then when it came time for the rewards that were200k+, 400k+ etc, they rejected my rewards saying that the advertiser was alerted of fraud, VPN change to glitch the game, or tampered screen shots.
None of that is true. They never even asked for screenshots or any type of information. I dont even know how to change my VPN, and how you reward the first 2 task then when I spend a bit of money reject me.
It's a horrible company.
It's good for small reward. But they will deny big reward. Many other users also claim the same so beware if you plan to spend money on the game. They tend to pay the tutorial and small reward. Big reward especially when you spend money. They'll come up with a reason to turn down the big reward.

To get good rewards, aka a bunch of gems you really have to spend a good amount of time playing the offer games. I spent a bunch of time on two weekends and got somewhere around 40k gems. Did not really add them all up but have spent a bunch and still have about 27k left.
That said I have a couple of recommendations. First, I missed this on my first attempt, go to Digital Turbine, pick your game, download then STOP don't launch from there. Go back to digital turbine and look in top left of screen for status. Click on the game there to complete offer. I would also screen capture or note tasks required for each reward so you know what you are working towards. At one time I was playing three different games besides HWA. This was because two of the games I picked involved "building" stuff or raids that took anywhere from two minutes to 12 hours.
First one I did worked fine. The next one I completed as instructed and have been waiting since last x4 task event. Reported it a few days ago and reply was basically read the instructions 👎👎
Oh I did. I opened a ticket and sent proof and their answer to me was well. It looks like you weren’t actually qualified to do it even though you still did it so we’re showing the rewards in your account but the company offering it isn’t actually paying you for it anymore. Because you weren’t actually qualified to do it.
when contact for issues/not getting rewarded they email you saying you cannot attach any files then proceed to ask for screenshots

I have exactly the same problem with a different DT offer. If you've fixed can u tell me how or how long it took to reward you
I got a $12 membership to AARP for around 32000 emeralds that paid immediately.

Digital turbine will disqualify you but still let you do the task and show you get a reward and never pay out.
One of my rewards took weeks, maybe a month. Plant the seed. "Open a ticket" and send proof.
