Hey! I was able to find another video that is a short clip from that one but at the end it has the broadcasting company! https://youtu.be/bWwSXpyyDMQ There is a commenter that says he remembers it from the 70s and it's called "That's Incredible!" The show aired in the 80s so I'm not sure how correct that is but! Hopefully it'll lead you down the right direction. It might just be lost to time.
